Family Beach Vacation

Great location and amenities very close to a beautiful white sand beach, pool, restaurants and shopping. We would stay here again.

Great spot and comfortable

Everything about our stay was as expected. The condo could use a few more amenities and updates but nothing that significantly affected our stay. Would stay here again.

Great rental

Ruben was very friendly and understanding. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very clean, spacious, and great location. This was our first experience with VRBO and Ruben made it wonderful. Will be renting in the future again!!!

Perfect

We had a group of 5 friends and this was perfect for a group of women or family getaway. The best part was having 3 bathrooms. Each room had a bathroom and the master is open to the balcony. Plenty of space, 6th floor was just enough to see the ocean and beaches. We really enjoyed our stay, we never even left the property with just enough variety of shopping and food in walking distance. Owner kept in contact and place was spotless.

Summer 2025

We have stayed in Ariel Dunes 2 several times before this…just needed a bigger condo. First, I would like to say the host is very responsive, and I would definitely stay in this condo again. Be prepared to go a couple of blocks to go get your parking passes for the week. I didn’t even mind to pay for them, but I feel like they should be in your room upon check in.If you cook a lot in the condo.. bring some extra items. (mainly like serving bowls.. steak knives)We brought our countertop ice maker and bottled because the condo ice maker and water dispenser doesn’t work. I would recommend bringing extra washcloths and towels.

Great Miramar Condo Rental

This condo was everything as advertised. Nice space for my husband and I, our college age boys and our 2 teenage boys. Condo was very nice, furnished well. Having 3 bathrooms was great where all of the kids didn’t have to share one. Condo had everything we needed (except maybe some measuring cups in the kitchen). Property was great, pool area was great. Loved having a cafe close. Close to beach, close to restaurants over-looking the beautiful beach! Most of all the contact for the condo, Ruben was fantastic. He was quick to respond to every question we had! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with our family!

Family Beach Trip

Nice property. Only problem that we reported that was no solved was the towels were left for six instead of eight. No linens for the hide a beds, no kitchen linens. this was never resolved. The host did send the correct number of pool bracelets after we told him they were short. Our code quit working one evening and e couldn't get into the unit but that was taken care of in a timely manner. The unit location was awesome. The kids loved the three pools. overall I would we would stay again if things were attended to before our arrival.

Spacious Condo

Overall, we were happy with our stay. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach but not a bad walk. The condo itself was spacious & great with 3 bathrooms. Elevators were fast and available. My only note to other renters would be to bring beach towels with you, beach chairs (there are rentals at the beach available), trash bags, toilet paper, laundry detergent, basically all of the essentials because it's only stocked with minimal stuff (enough to get you through the first day or so.) Also, bring batteries because the remote control situation was interesting (missing batteries.) None of the above would deter us from renting this condo again, just being helpful to those that may rent this unit in the future. The manager was very helpful and responsive,

Spring Break with Famiy

The thing that bothered me the most about this experience was finding out the parking passes were not included in the rental. I stayed at Ariel Dunes the previous 2 years with different hosts and both times our parking passes were waiting for us on the island when we checked in. This time, I had to go find the parking pass and pay the extra fee, which was only 10 each, but took about 5 hours of my vacation time. The condo says it sleeps 10 but only gives you bedding for 6 and kitchen place settings for 4. There were only 3 wash cloths and 3 hand towels total and no hand soap in any of the bathrooms when we checked in. None of the tv remotes worked. Overall, it was clean and convenient, but for being advertised for sleeping 10 people, I would think the condo would be supplied for 10 people.

Family vacation

Just perfect for our last minute family trip. Would recommend this condo. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to the private beach area. Canopy were allowed as long as you set up behind the umbrella’s.

Hi Rocco, I'm sorry to hear that ... and the issues that have occurred and were addressed at the time. some things get out of control but any of my VRBO colleagues always solve them in the best way to provide the best possible service .. it was a good price for the area and the season since that area is listed on that date for more than $ 500 a night in a hotel with only 2 beds ... Clean & spacious

Easy check in, clean, spacious and few minutes walk to the beach. I will say the microwave makes some rattling sound when used but it still works. The tv in the living room isn’t a smart tv so the kids were able to watch Netflix or other streaming apps. No biggie though. Also, there wasn’t a broom or dust pan but we went to buy one to clean up the sand the kids tracked in. But overall, we had a good experience. Ruben was very responsive and kind. He answered all of my questions and we really enjoyed our stay!

Spacious condo

Booked this condo months ago without any reviews! Pleasantly surprised @ a great rate! My husband, three year old son, and 11 month old stayed at this property for a week. The condo was spacious and allowed for my kiddos to run around while it was on and off raining during the week. The balcony was great too! The property was pretty clean but did notice one thing. The fitted sheet didn’t fit properly on the king size bed and came off. There was a large stain on the mattress, surprised there wasn’t a mattress cover since it was temperpedic mattress which was quite cozy! There were limited supplies like toilet paper and paper towels. Some laundry detergent and dishwasher were provided. No beach towels or beach wagon provided which is no issue, just wish it was included in the description as many people are traveling by plane and don’t have much space for that extra stuff. Something to keep in mind since you’ll likely need a rental car or cab for a grocery run. Pools are well maintained and the facility is clean but busy. Sometimes hard to get an elevator.

I did not have a report from the cleaning team but without a doubt it will be solved immediately. extras are entirely the responsibility of the guest depending on the number of days they decide to stay .. we will also make sure to improve every day .. for your comment and for helping us to be better

Love the beach

Property was great and we had a wonderful stay... I would stat again. Two issuses that were work through. Didn't receive check in info until about 5, advertising says 4. Water shut off while running washer but was fixed within an hour

Nice condo, was comfortable for 4 adults and 6 children. Dryer didn't work well at all. Walk to the beach isn't bad at all but I found the private beach area to be very congested and dirty. We ended up driving to another beach.
