Families love the zero-entry pool at Ariel Dunes II, which is perfect for toddlers and small children. Three pools are also seasonally heated to 82° (Oct 1st – May 1st) for year-round enjoyment.

✔ Your stay includes access to the resort’s golf course, tennis courts, pickleball, basketball, beach volleyball (seasonal), playgrounds, and fishing areas.

✔ Please note that the primary guest booking this reservation must be at least 25 years old and present during the stay. This policy is in place to ensure a responsible and respectful environment for our property and neighbors.

✔ Seamless Condo Entry: You'll access the condo via a secure Schlage keypad. We will send your personalized entry code 24 hours before your arrival. Locking up is just as easy—simply press the lock button on the keypad when you head out for your adventures!

✔ Our home is located along Florida’s beautiful Emerald Coast. Hurricane season runs from June through November, and while impacts are rare in the Destin area, weather conditions can change unexpectedly.

✔ For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend that guests consider purchasing travel insurance to protect their trip in the event of weather-related disruptions. This is entirely optional but can be helpful for covering cancellations, delays, or unforeseen changes to travel plans.
