This property was perfect for our group of nine. The location between the harbor and the beach was great. The kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean, and there was plenty of room to spread out or be together. There are lots of stairs which was fine for our group, but might be challenging for the very young or older guests. We are always happy to find a pet-friendly rental that is cared for so well.

Far and away one of my favorite places we’ve stayed. The main floor is beautiful and comfortable. The bathrooms, especially the master, are great. The location is ideal. An easy walk to both the beach and the harbor. And you’re right across the street from a lot of grass to walk the dog. My only complaint was the upstairs AC wasn’t working. The realtor did bring over fans, which helped. But the upstairs was definitely muggy without AC.

The property was very spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and in a lovely location. The big downside for our group was that the air conditioning for the top floor (and therefore three of the four bedrooms) did not work. We reported this on arrival to the management company who advised that they were aware that the air conditioning did not work and that it was scheduled to be fixed the following week, after the next group of visitors left. We asked for fans to be supplied (there was a fan in one of the top floor bedrooms) and April, from Remax, initially agreed to supply fans for the other bedrooms that evening however she then sent a text message saying they couldn't get the fans to us until the next day. Two fans were delivered to the house the following day. From our point of view, this was not satisfactory; we had deliberately booked a house with air conditioning throughout. The lack of any air conditioning or fans resulted in half our group having a very disturbed and uncomfortable night's sleep. We were only staying for three nights so this represented one third of our time there.

We did our best to provide additional fans as a temporary solution, and we apologize that there was a delay in getting them delivered. We truly appreciate your patience and want to reassure future guests that we have been actively working to get the third-floor AC fully operational. We’re sorry this affected your experience and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good views. Space is a bit awkward though with disappointing use of rooftop deck. Could use a personal touch with thought into the functionality of the layout. Updating needed. Worked well enough for our needs and property management was responsive. Lack of air conditioning would likely be a problem in the summer, especially since it's on a busier road that's loud with windows open.

Beautiful home

This home was booked for family to stay for our son's wedding. We were incredibly happy with the accommodations. The pictures were great but in person this home was spectacular, and our family made memories that will last a lifetime.

Beautiful!

Location is perfect! Steps away from beach on one side and channel shores on the other! Dining, yacht club, activities, fishing trips. All you need is great family and smile. Beautiful, clean house with a perfect location! Must stay here!

Just beautiful!

Everything about this house was beautiful! The location was wonderful with the marina out the front door and the beach just a few steps away. The views of the sunset from the roof were just incredible. The big windows let in so much light. It was a perfect house for our girls trip, and we plan on returning next year!
