The house was very comfortable for our group and we liked the proximity to the ocean. Great size, number of bathrooms and sleeping options. Parking was not a problem with the large driveway and the rooftop deck was fantastic. Nice master bathroom. We had some issues with the tvs, the garbage disposal, oven and ice maker, and the stairs are very steep so wouldn’t recommend for older guests. But property management was very responsive and helped resolve some of the problems. It was unfortunately very windy for 2 of the days and there was a loud banging sound coming from the roof that kept us up but without the wind, not an issue. Overall we had a great stay.

Great Beach Vacay

Stayed here with my son's families and their girls. There were 5 adults and 2 toddlers. This place was great as everyone had their own room and bathroom. Plenty of space and the beach was just a short stroll down the block. Easy to get to with a small beach town vibe. Sunny Days management team was very accommodating and great to deal with. I would stay here again.

I am providing a review for the VRBO rental property my family recently used. The host of this VRBO rental is exceptional, demonstrating a commitment to ensuring that guests have a memorable stay. Communication was prompt and courteous, with the host providing detailed information about the property and answering any questions that arose.The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, offering all necessary amenities, including fresh towels, toiletries, and hairdryers. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, making meal preparation a breeze. A generous selection of cookware, utensils, and dishes are available, catering to all culinary needs. The bedrooms are equally impressive, offering plush beds adorned with high-quality linens that promise a restful night's sleep. Condo 2 blocks from the ocean that needs some bug control.

We booked the house to celebrate a wedding. Unfortunately the groom passed away a couple months prior to the wedding. We tried to cancel the reservation since the wedding was off and there was NO LENIENCY on their cancellation policy. The family decided to have the celebration of life the same weekend that the wedding was originally scheduled so we ended up traveling and using the house anyway. We traveled from Kansas. The big issue we had was with little biting bugs that looked like fleas mainly in the living room area. We saw them the first night we arrived to the house and we had new red bites everyday. The house was a couple of blocks from the ocean and close to the harbor. All communication was handled via email through management company. The rooms were huge and beds comfortable. Fix the bug issue and it would be a great beach house option.

Stayed here for Christmas with my family and had to check out the morning after check-in because the house was unsanitary and uninhabitable. The first night there was a rain/wind storm which resulted in a leak into the master bedroom ceiling at 4:28am. There was also a loud banging sound at intervals throughout the night from the rooftop deck above the ceiling in the master bedroom. We could not sleep at all that night from the banging noise and leak onto the floor (we used towels and a kitchen pot to contain the leak).The house itself was poorly cleaned/unsanitary, contrary to the "Fresh and Clean" notes in the bathrooms. Our socks turned a dark color after walking around. This was especially concerning because we have a 1.5 year old who plays on the floor. The coffee pot was dirty, used wine cork in kitchen drawer, hair in tubs/on a towel, insects in master tub, filthy air filter/return air, no mattress pads/fitted sheets, among other unsanitary conditions. Management offered to send a cleaner the next day (xmas eve) which was unacceptable as we were celebrating holidays together as a family and didn't want people intruding on our stay. It should have been cleaned prior to check-in. They also offered to contain the leak, which we already did. Due to the condition of this home we did not feel safe or comfortable and had to find another place to stay during a busy holiday. Management wasn't interested in recommending nearby hotels and/or offering a refund for our troubles.
