Dette smukke condo er en del af den prestigefyldte Windsor i Westside, og har gratis WiFi og fladskærms-tv i hvert soveværelse. Når du er klar til at ramme byen, er forlystelsesparker, restauranter og spisestue kun få minutter væk.

En smuk barnwood-accentvæg sætter stuen af, hvor du kan sidde på sofaen og elske sædet. Stuen har fladskærms-tv og udsigt over poolen gennem gulv-til-loft-skydedøre i glasdøre. Oppe på loftsområdet har et andet familieværelse ekstra hængeplads med en sofa og fladskærms-tv.

Plask rundt i baghaven dip pool, lukket i en afskærmet Lanai. Det store poolterrasse har liggestole til en eftermiddags siesta og terrassebord til spisning udendørs.

Når dine gæster bliver sultne, skal du gå ind i det lyse og lyse køkken, fuldt udstyret til alle dine madlavningsbehov. De sorte granitbænke giver masser af klar plads, og den store midtø har plads til fire. Saml dig rundt om 8-personers spisebord for at bytte historier om dagens eventyr og nyd et dejligt hjemmelavet måltid (eller tage ud, hvis det er din stil!).

Vågn op udhvilet og klar til dagen i det første konge soveværelse, smagfuldt indrettet i blues og grå. Et eget badeværelse tilbyder brusekabine og stor forfængelighed. Ovenpå har det elegante og sofistikerede andet soveværelse en kingsize-seng og flot hvid indretning. Det er eget badeværelse med bruseniche og dobbelt forfængelighed.

Smukke berøringer giver det tredje soveværelse en romantisk fornemmelse med sin kingsize seng og elegante møbler. Det fjerde soveværelse har to enkeltsenge, og det femte har en køjeseng med to over-fuld; begge er gode til børn med sjove temaer.

Dette hjem er beliggende i den smukke Windsor på Westside resort, kun 10 minutter fra Walt Disney World. Som vores gæst har du ubegrænset adgang til et 10.000 kvadratmeter stort klubhus med en tiki bar, fitnesscenter, diverse butikker og videoarkade. Den mousserende pool i resort-stil har også en vandrutsjebane og en doven flod!

Spring Break Trip!

Great home! Great location! Check In was a hassle ! Had to wait outside the home after check in time ! No apologies or compensation was received. Some linen was not throughly cleaned, but We enjoyed our stay.

Not a pleasant experience

Arrived to a villa that had not been cleaned from previous guest, did not check in until after 7pm, customer service representative tried to credit me for the cleaning fee and 1/2 days rental fee and end up charging me instead , she however did correct it but it took 4 days for my money to go back to my account, then the air compresser went out so we spent a night in an 80 degree house that to was fixed the next day. Then to top it off the sewer backed up in the downstairs bathroom and the pool bathroom, so needless to say we spent 90% of our vacation on the phone with customer service. Maybe it was just one of those things, stuff happens but it will be a long long time before I rent from Casiola again.

NEIGHBORHOOD NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY

This is a difficult review. Mainly because the actual unit we rented and the service of Casiola, as a whole, was great. No complaints there. Our problem came when we realized our 6 day “family” vacation at the surrounding theme parks turned into Spring Break Cancun. The neighborhood was a big, gigantic party. People literally stumbled from garage to garage all weekend. It is a PARTY neighborhood and my kids have never been exposed to that kind of behavior before. LOUD vulgar music all night long. Fireworks at all hours. This is a fairly new thing because we stayed at Westside on Majorica last year right before the pandemic. Never had a problem there. However, now the entire neighborhood is out of control. The Homeowners Association needs to be aware of what the neighborhood has turned into. It is in no way “family friendly” and that needs to be communicated to people BEFORE they commit to rent one of your properties. Lots of Street/yard car parking…I think that encourages partying by not limiting the amount of people in the subdivision. I’ve never stayed anywhere else that allows (encourages actually) street and yard parking. Security is non existent. Most people just follow behind another car entering into the facility….so no real “verification” is being done. Never saw a single security patrol the whole week we were there. LOUD vulgar music and fireworks all night long. Well into dawn the next day. Will NEVER EVER even consider staying here again. And I will be sure to pass the word to others I know that travel to the area frequently. I truly wonder if the homeowners know how bad the neighborhood has gotten. It’s sad really. My suggestions to the HOA…1. End on street parking to limit the number of people in the subdivision 2. Increase security…it’s honestly pathetic…no other way to describe it 3. Require longer stays. After speaking to a neighbor that was a long term tenant, he told us the parties go on from Thursday evening until Monday morning…EVERY WEEK. He said that locals rent these units out for long weekends just to party and that the neighborhood has a reputation for partying. Require a weeklong stay and that would end weekend parties. Just some suggestions. Again Casiola, itself…and the unit, itself, was fine. No problems. The neighborhood is the problem…and until that’s cleaned up, we will be taking our business elsewhere. Sorry Casiola…y’all are a good management company. Not your fault. But maybe try to help fix it.

There was roaches and ants. The gate by the pool need protection because we seen a snake.

The house was still junky. Found old toothbrushes. There were roaches and ants. I highly doubt that I’ll rent again

Not the best place :(

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted to love this rental so much, but we couldn't see past all the flaws :( When we arrived at 4 pm, there were bags of garbage at the front door, the house smelled AWFUL of marijuana upon walking in, every wall and piece of furniture had "dings" on them, the stair carpets were stained and not vacuumed, the crown molding in the kitchen was broken, the dining room chair was broken and filthy. The master bed is hard as a rock. We did call the management company who was very attentive with their responses, they sent someone over to remove the garbage and fix the dining room chair. They thought the air filter needed to be changed because of the "smell" If you have small children, the pool is enticing but get there early, the chairs fill up fast. It is a gated community which is always nice. The townhouse has so much potential, it just needs some TLC.

Great after cleaned

When we first arrived to the property it was not cleaned before we arrived. Took cleaning company time and it was five hours after check in time before we got into the property but once into the property it was amazing and clean and just as expected. We would stay again as long as we didn’t have cleaning difficulties before we were able to get in.
