Debbie,Thank you for the 10 star review! We’re glad you enjoyed the property. We’re proud of our 10/10 ratings and premier host status. We would like, however, to address some of your comments and explain why we do things the way we do. You mentioned that we have "lots of rules." We do have house rules and regulations (HR&R) prohibiting smoking, pets, parties and open flames. We disclose that there is no grill no grilling is permitted. We send the HR&R to each guest before they book the property so they can proceed, or move on. You’ve commented that you were not allowed to open the sliders or windows.This is untrue. During the fall/spring months we encourage guests to open them and enjoy the fresh air because there's very little humidity and the risk of indoor mold is low. We stated this in our check in instructions. Our smart thermostat will cut-off the HVAC when any slider/window is opened to protect the HVAC from damage, a feature quite common at most high-end hotels. Had you notified us you were unhappy with your showers, we would have sent a plumber during your stay. We have since had a plumber check the pressure throughout the house and it is perfectly fine - consistent with feedback from the guests staying before and after you. We find that having clear rules ensures that every guest will have a quality experience. We hope that our rules have not deterred you from coming back to the property. Thank you for your feedback.
