Great getaway

The property is amazing. The backyard has so many wonderful water features, fire pit and eating/entertaining spaces. The views are great. It is a fantastic getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything and more. Unfortunately we did not get to fully enjoy it: we stayed only one night because just as we arrived one of our senior dogs got very ill and we spend most of the first night in the ER with her (had to go to Palm Desert, 1 hr away for an overnight pet emergency place). When I told this to Rose, she was so kind, she promptly called me and made sure we were OK. She even checked for vets open in the area at that time (Sunday). We went back to the property after ER and spent one night there, but because our dog was still not well we decided to cut the trip short and head home. It's a pity because the property is absolutely amazing. We will go back to fully enjpy it and hopefully next time with no drama.

comfy home base for visiting Joshua Tree

This is a lovely home with many comfortable areas for eating, relaxing, playing games, and it even has a great jacuzzi for nighttime star gazing. The backyard itself is stunning, with several fountains, a firepit, and a pergola. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Check in/out was super easy and Rose is extremely friendly and welcoming. The property is well situated between the main road in Joshua tree and the road that leads to the park entrance, so it was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Beautiful Joshua Tree

This home exceeded our expectations. The backyard was so comfortable and inviting it felt more like a resort than a home rental. This was one of the best and most thoughtfully stocked properties we have rented. The perfect spot for our week long climbing adventure in Joshua Tree.

Best place to stay in a sleepy desert town

First off this is the best stocked VRBO I have ever stayed in. The kitchen was adequately stocked to where we could actually cook for ourselves. Laundry and dishwasher pods available. My husband and I stayed for 5 days while on an anniversary trip and it was perfection. We loved the outdoor shower after a hot morning hiking in the desert sun evening hot tub soaks. Very close to JT national park west entrance. The town is small and there is not a lot to do honestly outside of hike but is an easy trip into Palm Springs and close to the local pizza coffee and breakfast places. Host was very communicative and easy to contact. No issues would recommend!

Great Location and Property

We were very pleased with our stay in Joshua Tree. Rose is a fantastic host and very responsive. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the hot tub under the stars was amazing. We will be back.

Wonderful Getaway

Property had everything we needed plus more to ensure we had a great time in Joshua Tree. Also the most comfortable bed with nice sheets. Easy check in instructions, perfect location.Beautiful property, more amenities than can be listed. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a stress free getaway

Wonderful Stay

We loved staying at this property. It had a cottage feel with a huge patio that looked out onto the desert. The hot tub was great and wonderful for star gazing. The location was perfect as it was close to the entrance of Joshua Tree National Park and not far from the town of Yucca Valley. I wished we had stayed longer. It was a great place.

First desert trip

Had great time at both JTNP and at this wonderful home. Well stocked , very clean and great easy location / access to the park Backyard was definitely a highlight at end of each day. Thanks for a great stay !!

Joshua Tree Treasure

This property was even better in person than the owner’s description and pictures. We felt like we were way out in the desert, even though we were very close to the main highway with its bountiful restaurants and shops. Joshua Tree National Park is just minutes away. We went to the park during the day and one night went back in to view the stars. The other nights we viewed the stars from the hot tub on the property. Beautiful!! The owner is wonderful to deal with and provided lots of good information. When we left, my husband left a pair of hiking pants behind. The owner texted me after we left to say the pants were found and offered to send them to us. I will reimburse her, but it was great of her to go to the trouble of sending them. All in all, a wonderful experience and we would definitely go back to this property.

Hiking Trip

Our host was amazing and so responsive! Our home was just as advertised and the backyard was paradise with a hot tub, running waterfalls a shower and so much yard fun! We didn’t want to leave and hope to return again. The home was well equipped and bed was extremely comfortable ! A perfect 10!

Everything we expected and more!

First time in California. Second time booking a rental house. From booking to checking in the whole process was very easy. Rose was very thorough in providing check in instructions. She also texting us any other information we needed for our stay. The entire house was very clean and inviting. She also provided everything you needed from the kitchen to the bathroom. Was very surprised to find all the extra necessities. The game room in the garage feels like a bonus. The backyard is stunning. The hot tub and cooling pool were both very clean. The water features and the stonework were some of the best I've seen. We will be back one day and when we do we will hopefully be staying here again.

Beautiful desert house!

We loved our stay here. The property is huge and has an amazing variety of desert plants. The many water features are beautiful and make the hot tub even more enjoyable. The house had everything we needed and tons of activities we didn't have time to try. Great location close to an entrance to the Joshua Tree park.

Open the doors to the master bedroom to step out onto the steps and enjoy the hot tub on the desert landscape and the stars at evening. Enjoy the natural stonework throughout the back yard. Sit around the fire pit or the outdoor table where you may open the large scenic gate to see the Joshua Tree basin or close it and enjoy the privacy walls. Fountains of an desert oasis of water are almost complete.

There are two bedrooms, one king and one queen. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans sufficient for entertaining. Spices and cooking oils are provided. Did you forget something? More miscellaneous pantry basics are available upon request. This is a great home for gatherings where folks can enjoy hanging out all day long. You will be drawn to the windows and magical views at all hours of the day and night. There is 2 night minimum stay. Major holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum stay.

Centrally located in South Joshua Tree, this family friendly ranch house on over a full acre and surrounded by breath taking scenery. Enjoy views from windows around the house. The property has magical views of the Joshua Tree National Park and the Desert View Conservation Area that rise to the east and south. This vacation destination is in a prime location. The home is 6 minutes to four major grocery stores, 6 minutes to the Joshua Tree National Park entrance, and 2 minutes to downtown Joshua Tree.
