Island Royale 601

There were 6 of us adults and we stayed 3days the location was great we sat on the balcony and watched the dolphins in the morning. The place was very clean we all enjoyed our rooms and plan on staying here again in the future. The only thing I would suggest are grab bars in the tub as the tub was a little slippery for an older person.

Great condo in a great location

This condo was perfect for 3 couples. Three bedrooms with big beds and our own bathrooms. That’s a rare find...usually one room always has bunk beds or two twins. Cute and clean condo!

We had such a good time in Gulf Shores. This rental helped a lot. Great location, comfortable rooms, nice decor, well-equipped, great appliances, balcony with a great view and plenty of seating, etc. We will be back.

The place was just like the pictures, the balcony had extra chairs which was great! I had a little one under the age of one. His feet were black from walking instantly so I called them to come clean/mop again. And they responded. The living room rug is very worn down, but I’m sure it is hard to keep clean with all the traffic. My biggest grip was the railing outside on the balcony. I could not let my little one walk on the balcony due to the railing not connecting to the building. There was a large gap that he could have fallen through. But again, that is only if you have little ones. Otherwise, great place!

5 STARS

This condo was BEAUTIFUL! It is spacious and each bedroom/bathroom is very private. The balcony was our favorite part of the entire condo. Beautiful views and dolphin watching. We did wish there were more seating out there so we could all sit and visit, but overall, the best condo we have stayed at on the beach in years.

Perfect fit!

We had a wonderful stay and it fit our family perfectly! We were there for a baseball tournament and enjoyed the beach every moment we could. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and laundry room! We would definitely stay again. The one drawback was the elevator not always working. Luckily security was onsite and did their best to get it up and working.

Island Royale 601

We had a great Thanksgiving at the beach! The condo is very nice and a beautiful spot to spend the holiday. Our only complaint is the front door has had better days and looks like it needs to be replaced. We had difficulty getting it locked when we were out of the condo. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

Recent stay in Gulf Shores

This property was in a great location on the beach. It had everything we wanted but amenities are a little dated. I guess I expected a newer look & more comfortable furnishings based on the price we paid. Not a deal breaker but I would look elsewhere before booking this one again.

We had a great time at 601! Only suggestion we had was to add curtains to the living room sliding doors to prevent some of the glare. Also, the air return vent in the living room was very dusty. Those things didn't impend our stay but just suggestions to let your cleaning crew know and to maybe add curtains.

Great Condo

This is a great condo in a great location. Would definitely recommend to anyone. The 3 bedrooms and separate bathrooms made a huge difference. The kitchen came equipped with anything you could possibly need - anything! And although not listed on the website, it does have a new Keurig coffee pot. Condo was clean as it could possibly be. Only recommendation I would give for improvement is for dark out curtains in the bed rooms at least. When the sun rises, you will know it. This doesn’t take away from our experience. Great family vacation and a great place!!! Thanks for letting us use your condo!!!!!!
