3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condo On The Beach, Indirect Gulf View

Wonderful top floor beachside condo located in a low density complex (48 units) and is within walking distance of The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub and Sea N Suds. The master suite has a king size bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a king size bed (bathroom located in hallway) and the upstairs loft (separate mini split a/c unit) has one full size and two twin beds and is accessed using a spiral staircase.

Enjoy relaxing on your spacious private balcony and watch the seagulls play!

The beach, swimming pool and barbecue grills are just steps away from your front door which is also located close to the elevator. You can be on the beach in seconds. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rental on the large private beach.

This unit is a non-smoking unit and pets are NOT allowed. Any evidence of pets or smoking will result in forfeiture of rent and/or eviction.

There is a keyless entry keypad. You will be given the code several days prior to arrival. There is a back-up key located on the wall in a seperate lock box. If that key is used, and is not replaced, a replacement fee will be assessed based on what the locksmith charges.

Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am.

Our fourth time to GS and second time in Regatta 301C. Condo met our needs perfectly. We loved being able to cook our own meals, and have a place to relax after being in the sun and gulf all day. Highly recommend renting chairs and umbrellas from Ike’s. We had a great time on the dolphin cruise and parasailing. Time to plan Gulf Shores vaca 2026!

The Best Time

We stayed at this condo for the Morgan Wallen - Sand in My Boots festival and had a fantastic experience! The unit was very well maintained—clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. We especially appreciated the security staff, who were helpful and made sure we had a safe place to park. Their presence added a nice sense of safety during a busy weekend. One of the best parts was how close the condo was to the festival location—just a short walk, which made everything super convenient. Would definitely stay here again! Also the owner went above and beyond to answer my multiple questions leading up to our vacation!!

Too Short!

We spent the weekend, and it was way too short. I could have stayed a month. The condo was clean and spacious, beautiful pool on premises, on the beach, walking distance to the HangOut, what more can you ask for? The price was right for my budget. The loft bedroom was just perfect for the kids. The owner was a text away for any questions, and I did have to bother him for my ignorance! We will definitely book early for next season so we can stay longer.

Nice condo in a great location

Pictures were accurate of the condo, nice and clean place to stay. Location to the beach and restaurants was great, walking distance to many good restaurants.

Great location, small space for price

Not sure we would stay here again for the price. Construction crew started work very early in morning. Loud nights with guests pool side. Needs updated.

Great Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. It had plenty of room for all of us to enjoy a week to soak up the Gulf Shores' sun. The condo had all the amenities of home. We would definitely consider coming back!

Great week with Grandchildren

We had a wonderful time here. Had teen grandkids and one younger. Such a convenient location for walking to souvenir shops and restaurants. Right on the beach with a very nice pool.

Great beach getaway!

We enjoyed a very nice week at this condo! It’s well stocked and spacious. A small ocean view from the balcony was just right and it had a very short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the pool! Recommend staying here for large groups.

Nice for beach break

Gave 4 for cleanliness. Overall it was clean, but furnishings beginning to show age and some wear. This is a 3 "bedroom" that is actually a 2 bedroom. The loft upstairs and would not be idea for extended stay with people using the loft because the only 2 bathrooms are downstairs. One bedroom downstairs has on suite bathroom. The other bathroom is smaller and across hallway from secondary bedroom downstairs. Would be a good crash pad for a group for long weekend.
