Denne nyrenoverede enhed (afsluttet november 2019) er den nyeste ferieudlejning, der rammer lejemarkedet i det meget eftertragtede kompleks af Surfsong. Øverste etage betyder alt i dette kompleks! Elevatoren fører dig fra din gated, underjordisk parkering til dit luksuriøse ejerlejlighed på øverste etage. Ikke kun har du den bedste havudsigt i Surfsong, men du har også hvælvede lofter og udendørs gårdhave kun tilgængelig for de øverste enheder. Efter købet i 2019 blev enheden ombygget med nye gulve, bordplader, møbler, apparater ... alt er helt nyt. Hjemmet inkluderer højhastigheds-WIFI, nyt fladskærms-tv i hvert værelse osv. Du har 2 garagepladser til rådighed for dig i den indhegnede og underjordiske parkeringshus. I garageskabe har du boogiebræt, strandstole, parasoller osv. Surfsong er langt det bedste kompleks langs Solana Beach ved stranden. Beliggende mellem en offentlig adgang til stranden mod syd og Fletcher Cove Beach adgang til nord, har du fremragende adgang til vidåbne sandstrande. Du er også inden for gåafstand fra næsten alt hvad du har brug for!

My cousin and I had a blast at Guys place! The beach was great, the view from the deck was incredible, great family room. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen could use a few necessities and was a little bit bare. Pillows a bit lumpy but we had a wonderful week and didn’t want to leave! We hope to be back next year!

Amazing and peaceful location

The property is in a very nice location close to the beach and tucked away in a private and quiet neighborhood. The condo and host provided everything we needed with a comfortable bed, towels, and useful amenities. With the sliding doors open, there is a constant breeze and rolling wave sound which promotes a peaceful stay and sleep in the primary bedroom. The beach and some restaurants are a short walk, access to the freeway and other services a short drive. The garage is secure.

Great week at the beach!

Fantastic week at Surf Song! Guy was an awesome host and the condo and location were perfect. We used to live in San Diego and love coming back to Solana Beach. We were sad to leave. Loved our stay!

Beautiful condo on beautiful beach

We had a great stay in this very clean and very comfortable condo right in the beach. It was like being on a cruise ship because you see water every time you look out a window. My only complaint was that the electric blinds in the master wouldn’t go down and I reached out to the owner and never heard back from him. Other than that, it was great. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful spot to enjoy Solana Beach

Great view, tasteful modern decor, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen. Close to the beach, restaurants and (bonus for seniors) CVS. A place we would like to return to! Our rental agent was very helpful.

Family Visit Beautiful Condo

What a beautiful condo! We've stayed in the area several times before but this was the nicest condo yet. Great views from the balcony, convenient to restaurants & shops. Easy access on and off Route 5 for access to downtown San Diego, golf courses, etc. It's a little bit of a walk to get to the beach. In all a great place to stay!

Solana Beach getaway

Came from KY for Breeders Cup at Del Mar & to do some touring of the surrounding area. Our condo had the perfect view as well as clean & comfortable accommodations. Highly recommend staying here. We walked to Fletchers Cove daily & enjoyed close proximity to cafes & restaurants. Also walked to the bluff at the dog beach which was breathtaking. We will definitely be back.

Best Condo We Have Rented!

This is the best condo we have ever rented. The cleanliness, supplies of linens and paper products, the great quality of the kitchen appliances, cookwear, and accessories, and the entire setup was wonderful. The location was easy to find, perfect instructions for getting in to condo, great ocean view, comfortable beds and chairs...We loved this place, and hope to return again. Thank you!

relaxing with a beautiful view

I enjoyed very much our stay at the condo. Views were amazing and amenities were so nice, the pool, tennis court and jacuzzi. We were hoping for some sunshine as it was overcast every day. Thank you for having us.

Stunning location!

Gorgeous condo with a stunning view. Very walkable to restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed the laidback beach town of Sonesta Beach. It was nice to have the parking garage with quick elevator access to unit. Another big plus were the beach chairs that were provided. The owner was very easy and quick to communicate with.

Our family of 4 spent a week at this condo. The views from the balcony were amazing. The condo and entire property were very clean. Loved that we could walk to local shops and restaurants.

HEAVEN!!!

Pure bliss!!!! Absolutely EPIC VIEWS of the cliffs, beach, ocean and sunsets... Condo has a bright & airy atmosphere with high ceilings, great lighting, modern peaceful decor, comfy furniture incl. on balcony, and it is steps away from everything... Let me be clear: This is the PERFECT condo in Solana Beach... and Solana Beach is the most PERFECT area in San Diego!!! If you are even considering booking this rental - do it now. We had originally booked 9 nights but fell in love with this unit in the Surfsong complex so Guy kindly extended our stay 2 more nights. We could not bring ourselves to leave!! It was super clean and quiet... but also steps away from Fletcher Cove with a park and easy ocean access + the yummiest place to eat called Naked Cafe! Cedros Design District is right around the corner (Grange Garden petting the bunnies is a must)... The Coaster station is right there where you can hop on and ride. Just a few miles up Hwy 101, be sure to visit the Meditation Gardens and Torrey Pines Glider Port to the south. We came home a few days ago and already miss it SO MUCH!! Guy goes out of his way to make sure your stay is fabulous. We checked in at midnight and the parking garage & elevator made it sooo easy to access the unit. This is the 2nd one of Guy's properties we have visited and the overall quality has us spoiled. Thank you for an unforgettable time! We cherished every second of our stay :) Here's to many more!!!!

Fab views!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment for the last week of our holiday. The views were stunning and it was spacious and welcoming. 2 small points, the Wi-Fi didn’t reach the guest bedroom and the tv didn’t always work as a result. Wi-Fi worked great everywhere else in the apartment though. The glass window towards the balcony that you can sit and look out from has a failed glazing unit so the view isn’t clear which is only a very minor problem but one of our favourite seats was the corner chair with the view and as the weather wasn’t on our side all week my parents preferred to sit in the warm and look out. As mentioned though both very minor issues really. Owner was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to any queries. We would recommend this property and the surrounding area is lovely.

I found the photos of sparkling new apt a bit misleading. The problems I had were a result of the cleaning person who had not followed the owner's policies, and I'm sure Guy will sort that out. Great location. Thank you, Guy

Ocean view!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Solana Beach condo! The patio overlooking the ocean was incredible. We would have coffee every morning and a night cap every night sitting out watching the waves. The condo itself was very clean and very well equipped with everything you need. The underground parking and elevator are an added bonus. Solana Beach is a lovely beach community with plenty of great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Guy was great to work with and was in contact with any questions. We highly recommend this condo if you are in the Solana Beach area.

Miss It Already

Second time staying here and wish it was way longer. We stayed two weeks and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Any questions or issues were addressed promptly. The kitchen was missing only one thing (a steamer) which I donated when we left. We plan to come back here again for sure. Solana Beach is a wonderful town and this condo gives you a great view of the ocean. Sleeping in the oceanside bedroom is heaven! (These are not easy to find in this area.) There was plenty of wiggle room in here for our local friends to come by for dinner. And, a very big plus is the street parking which was available for them to use. The neighbors were friendly and quiet and it is very close to the beach. Close by is a public park with easy beach access instead of a staircase with 100 plus stairs going down the bluff, as some other communities provide. You will not be disappointed renting this condo for sure.
