Good

This is not a luxurious place to stay, but it had everything we needed for our trip. Walking distance to several branches, close to a TheBus stop. Walking distance to dining and shopping. Good place to stay.

Everything was just as described and more

We came for my birthday and a much needed vacation and a first time visit to Hawaii and I will be coming back again and hopefully staying in the same place again.

Nice location, away from the noisier part of Waikiki

Clean apartment, pretty view towards the east, easy check-in and out. Apartment shows signs of aging and minor deterioration. Both single beds were comfortable. Bonus: beach chairs and umbrellas, plus boogie boards All in all my friend and I enjoyed our stay.

Great apartment

This is a great apartment on the quieter end of Waikiki, but super-close to everything you could want. Comfortable beds, good shower and having a carpark included was a real bonus.

Amazing!

Beautiful place with amazing views day and night! We loved this place, it was clean and perfect for the 3 of us. The location is great, just minutes to the beach, shopping and plenty of restaurants!

Comfortable and roomy

Stayed here for work. The room was comfortable and roomy. The check in process was a little difficult. One of the ladies at the parking booth was not very nice. Other than that, it was all good.

Pleasant place to stay

We spent six nights in this condo. We were quite pleased with the condo itself. Beds were comfortable minus the fact if going to use a deep mattress one should also use deep pocket sheets. We were having to puts the sheets back on the beds daily. A book of with instructions, nearby activities and nearby places to eat would be nice to have in the condo. The app we were provided, none of us were able to download.

Waikiki stay

Nice and convenient apartment and only 3 blocks from the beach. It comes with a parking space and that was also convenient. The Airconditioner unit is very noisy but works. We unplugged the bathtub cork so that the water would drain faster. The furniture has wood mark stains as the owner doesn’t provide coasters but we used napkins to avoid further adding to wood stains.

Great location

Close to the beach. The parking is free come and go as you like, which can be a problem in Waikiki. Do not get multiple scooters the pass only covers one scooter, we saw some people have to pay for the other scooters. Bring your own travel size soaps and conditioner and shampoo, not enough here. Sheets suck short keep coming off the bed. View is of the city, and golf course, and ala’wai canal, no beach view.

Overall stay was great

Overall status was wonderful except for communication about the kitchen going on in the building. No one informed us of what was going on. We feel that security should have at least given us a text or email of the building being in kitchen and that we needed to stay in our room. We only knew something was going on because when we tried to leave the elevator was off and someone on our floor told us of the situation. But other than that we enjoyed our time in Hawaii.

Excellent....especially for parking

The condo was just as described and pictured in the listing. The building was a bit aged, but everything was in good working order. There were two nights that the e wi-fi was out. This was the fault of Spectrum and the owner gave me a refund on the cost of my stay which was appreciated. The bedroom had two twin beds and were comfortable. I can't speak to the comfort of the futon in the living room. The property was clean and well equipped. I had a rental car and did day trips each day so the parking garage was a godsend. I was able to find a space each day without any issue. It was great to not have to worry about finding parking at the end of each day.

Thirty floors over Honolulu

My daughter and I stayed 7 nights in this apartment on the 30th floor, and loved it. The views are spectacular! It’s spacious and clean, with two comfortable beds which is hard to find for two people wanting separate sleeping arrangements. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator and stove, also a toaster, microwave and coffee pot. Plates, glasses, cups and utensils are adequate. The bathroom was stocked with an abundance of good towels. Rent includes parking in a garage; the building is well managed with a security guard always present. There are 4 elevators so no waiting. We found plenty of restaurants in walking distance, plus it’s close to the zoo, aquarium, a large park and the beach. My daughter ran the marathon so staying near the finish was really helpful. We would definitely stay in properties managed by this company again. Highly recommended.

Great location in Waikiki

We came here as a family and enjoyed our stay at the 1 bedroom condo. At first, I was concerned when we stepped out of the elevator and our room was in front of the doors but it did NOT affect the noise level. We didn't hear the other guests coming or going through the elevator. The door and walls are extremely thick which made it nice to not hear anything from outside the room. The room was exactly as described and being on the 30th floor helped to keep the room cool. We didn't utilize the air conditioning as the unit was in the living room and the bedroom couldn't be controlled without walking back to the control panel. Since the bedroom was smaller, it got cold very quickly. The best thing about the room was the shower pressure! It felt like being under Niagara Falls. Loved it! The bathroom towels were super crisp, white and fluffy. We had a slight issue on the bedsheets and contacted the property management. Within a couple hours, they had a replacement delivered. Awesome! The parking was convenient and the location was within a 5 minute walk to the beach. Overall, it fulfilled our needs and we were very satisfied.

You’ll Love Your Stay Here...We Did!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful apartment in the family-friendly Waikiki Sunset. The room is very comfortable with a nice living room, separate bedroom with its own TV, well-appointed kitchen, and bathroom. The bedroom includes two very comfortable twin beds that can be joined to make a king. The sleeper in the sofa in the living room is excellent. One of the best for comfort that I’ve ever slept on. We’re Oahu residents and needed a place to stay while the bathroom at our residence was being renovated and ended up staying for six months. You’ll have access to a very nice recreation deck and exercise room. Another big plus is the parking stall that comes with the rental. A true premium for any stay in Waikiki. The jewel that you’ll find is the sprawling city and mountain views going from Manoa Valley and all the way east to Koko Head. The evening rains in the valleys before sunset will close your day with a rainbow or two. You’re also just a block away from Waikiki Beach and Kapiolani Park where you can exercise or just enjoy time in the sun or walking on the beach in the moonlight. Last but certainly not least, the staff at Alii Beach Rentals is very professional and always available to help when needed.
