You are so welcome Jenny! We are so happy that you love our house and have stayed with us multiple times. We want our guests to come and relax and recharge so we have tried to think of things that help with those goals. Tiki bar area is a great place to hang out after returning from the beach or taking your pet outside. The fenced in backyard and tiki bar area is perfect for that. Nice breeze, ceiling fan, mini frig for beverages and dart board for a little competition. Cornhole boards,Connect Four and other "bar games" in laundry room for guests to enjoy. Thank you for your review. We have try to provide everything our guests need for a great stay. Just pack your bags, towels and sheets. Lots of great restaurants, grocery stores, and activities for the famiky just a short drive away. Beach access only 350 feet away.

Thank you for your wonderful review. We have tried to provide as many things aa possible to make our guests stay relaxing and stress free. The fully stocked kitchen is great for families that like to cook at home. The screened in porch is one of our guests favorite places to relax on the swing. You can see and hear the ocean. No breeze, no problem. Overhead fan to move the air around. Lots of beach supplies, beach toys, carts and dog crates and a doggie playpen are available for our guests to use as well as some baby necessities like a high chair, booster seats, and a port-a-crib. As dog owners ourselves, we have tried to make our home and yard safe for dogs (and children) by installing multiple gates to keep them from darting out the door and into the street. No pets or children, no problem, just open the gates and latch in open position. The underhouse gathering area ("tikibar") is perfect for relaxing while your dog runs and plays freely. There is usually a nice breeze or overhead fan makes it comfortable to hang out and play darts or watch the kids play with the oversized Connect Four game. Outdoor shower and and hose to rinse off items after spending time on the beach. Thank you for your review. We would be honored to have as guests again in our home.

Thank you for your review. We just completed an exterior renovation which included new LP siding, white PVC trim, new screens, and new doors. This really elevated the screened-in front porch which has always been a guest favorite place to hang out. The under house bar area is also a great place to hang out to play darts or drag out the cornhole boards for a little competitive game under the spot light. Thank you for your review. The screened in porch which faces the ocean is one our guests favorite spots. We added a ceiling fan this year to create a little breeze on those hot and muggy days. The short walk (just a short 250 feet) to the public beach access is another great perk of this semi ocean front location. The back patio area which faces West is great for the evenings. Cory and family/friends, Thank you for booking our beach home and being so understanding regarding the a/c unit which died right before your visit. Thankfully, you have the perfect beach weather! Our new unit has been installed and should be working beautifully if/when you book with us again. We enlarged the under house area and added the tiki-bar and dart board to give our guests a nice area to hang out after returning from the beach and a place to hangout with their dogs and enjoy the ocean air. We have tried to think of ghings that will make our guests visits more enjoyable and stress free, such as providing beach chairs, umbrellas and wagons to pull equipment to and from the beach.. Conveniently located near stores, restaurants and just across the street from the beach. All kinds of beach supplies - chairs, umbrellas, toys for the kids and a fenced yard for your pets.
