200 meter til handling, privat strand! BOOKING NU FOR VÅR OG SOMMER 2020

"Knot a Care", et smukt 3 soveværelser, 3 1/2 bad hjem, beliggende i det ønskelige Frangista Beach kvarter, er skridt til den GÆLDIGE, private strand. Ingen grund til at bekæmpe enorme skarer fra høje condos! Nabolagspuljen er synlig fra bagdækket og kan nås fra en skovklædt baghavensti, der viser den gamle florida skønhed. Nyd gratis sæsonbestemt strandservice, inklusive en paraply og to stole, under dit ophold fra 1. marts til 31. oktober.

Køkkenet kan prale af granitbordplader med apparater i rustfrit stål og en morgenmadsbar. Køkkenet er veludstyret med alt, hvad kokken i din gruppe har brug for for at tilberede en fantastisk fest. Derudover inkluderer stueetagen en rummelig stue og spiseplads med plads til 10 sammen med et pulverrum og en, af to, master-suiter.

Første sal master suite har en king size seng og to køjesenge, eget badeværelse og adgang til den bagerste veranda. På anden sal er en anden master suite med en king size seng, privat balkon og eget badeværelse med luksuriøse opgraderinger, herunder et boblebad, flisebelagt walk-in bruser og dobbelt granit forfængelighed. Du finder også et tredje stort soveværelse med 2 dobbelt- / to køjesenge og et privat bad. Dette soveværelse har tv, dvd-afspiller og spil til at holde børnene underholdt.

Frangista Beach er blevet vist i magasinet Coastal Living og er en privat enklave af enfamilieboliger med et afsondret præg, men alligevel minutter fra Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, Village of Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Big Kahuna Water Park og en forskellige familievenlige spisesteder, shopping og underholdningssteder. Det er gåafstand til Pompano Joe's, Bad Ass Coffee, The Whale's Tail og mere. Whole Foods er en kort 3 miles væk.

We really enjoyed our stay at Knot a Care. It was very clean and well stocked. Community pool was nice and location was close to the beach. Short walking distance to the beach, souvenir stores, and places to eat.

Great location

The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for a group. We enjoyed how close the house was to the beach and how easy it was to walk to the Seascape resort where we were attending a concert. The house is about 2 blocks from the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. The community pool is just through the backyard and very easy to access. The house itself is well appointed with everything you need. Would recommend, particularly if you are attending a concert at Seascape and want more room and privacy than the resort.

Great place

This was a family vacation consisting of 12 people. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked which was great. Numerous full bathrooms is also a plus. Easy quick walk to the beach. The pool is also so close and easy to get to. Laundry in the house was really helpful. We would stay again.

Our Stay

The house was great and definitly served its purpose. There are few things I wish were different. With this being a beach house and being so close to water, I wish it would have had pool toys or beach floats or stuff like that so we didn’t have to spend money on those items just to leave them at the house which I’m sure many people do which brings me to why doesn’t this house keep those items there for others to use. Also the kitchen was missing a lot of stuff you would need to cook a meal that the house. We had no aluminum foil, no sandwich bags, no saran wrap no left over containers. For the amount of money we paid for the week I expected this house do have some of these items..

PERFECT!

Book this place! We had a group of 7 and had an amazing time. The location is prime time. You have privacy with and is the best distance from the beach. Legit 2 min walk max. Close walking to the stores and the coffee shop! If we come back we will be booking again.

Great house in a great location

We love this neighborhood and this was a great house in great shape. It's clear the owner takes great pride in this house and every detail was perfect. House even included a welcome basket with some snacks to get us going after a long drive.

Knot a care

Our beach house was spacious, clean, and well taken care of. We enjoyed our stay. When we asked if we could stay a day longer, the owner made it easy. My only complaint would be that we were provided with only 1 kitchen garbage bag, and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. This meant our first trip to the grocery store had to include household items as well as food.

Great location

The location of this property is absolutely perfect for spending days lounging on the beach, and the chair/umbrella set-up each day was a wonderful bonus. The stretch of beach you have access to from the property via the locked gates is one of the nicest we saw (we walked a mile in both directions on the beach). We used the neighborhood pool several times as well, and the kids enjoyed it. The house is quite large with plenty of space to spread out and relax. Lots of kitchen utensils. The house was generally clean though there are a few areas that could use a bit more than a surface clean (nothing that needed immediate attention while we were there). We'd recommend it and visit again.

Perfect location, adorable house

This home was perfect for us! So comfortable and had everything we needed for a great week! We had our three kids (12, 15 and 17) plus two of their friends with us and there was plenty of space for everyone. We loved the short walk to the beach, and also spent time at the community pool. Loved being within walking distance to ice cream, good food/drinks, shops. Overall I would highly recommend this property and we hope to be back someday!

Perfect beach vacation🏝

We absolutely loved our stay at Knot-a-Care! The house itself was decorated perfectly for a beach house! It is so cute inside and out. We loved sitting on the porch in the mornings and evenings. You can tell the owners take pride in this house and keep it clean and tidy for each guest.. The kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs. The bedroom setup is great- especially with small children! The location is great- a very short walk to the private beach access, steps away from the community pool (out the back door) which was very nice to take a break from the beach! It also is a very short walk to our favorite coffee shop in the area and some cute shops we found. We would definitely love to book here again in the future!

Great place for a family vacation!

Stayed here with my family and my aunt and her family and it was a great place for our annual family vacation! Location was great and close walking distance to beach and pool. Awesome that we had 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach with our stay so it was super convenient for anyone wanting to hang out on the beach for a little while without having to drag a bunch of stuff. Nice walking distance to a few stores and coffee shop. Close driving distance to everything. The house was very clean and the rooms were much bigger than they appeared in photos. Plenty of bathrooms for a larger group. Great place to stay!

Great Family Home

This house was clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. Unfortunately it rained a lot but we found fun things to keep us occupied. The owner was very responsive and even had some household items like garbage bags, laundry pods and hand soap available. We rent frequently and this isn't always the case. The neighborhood rocks and their is an amazing coffee shop and ice cream store right around the corner. I highly recommend.

Great place to enjoy the Emerald Coast! -2 block walk to the beach -complimentary beach chair and umbrella service for the week…awesome perk!! -loved the palm trees in the yard surrounded by white picket fence -community pool 2 houses away (you can see part of it from the backyard) -comfortable home…enjoyed the front porch -convenient to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping -perfect size for 8 of us the first week and 4 of us the second week -owners are great to work with and answered many questions before we arrived We all enjoyed Knot-a-Care!! Much needed winter escape!

Loved our stay at Knot a Care! The house is darling; so well equipped and comfortable. We cooked most of our meals at home in the evenings. Great location with access to a lot of activities! The weather was sunny and beautiful most days, although a bit cool so we didn’t make use of the pool, but enjoyed the beach, walks, the state park and exploring the area! Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Great house in Frangista Beach

We love Frangista Beach. We go there at least once each year. It's nice to have smaller houses like this so just our immediate family can go, in comparison to all the giant multi-family houses (which we also use). This house was well stocked with all the essentials and had plenty of living space. Our boys (4 and 7) loved the bunk room. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze and ownership was very responsive to the one phone call I had to make to them.

Knot a Care

Nice location. Good bedroom setup for our guests. Tandem parking was a challenge. Upstairs bedroom TVs did not work well. The owner was very responsive when communicating. House could use some updating. Kitchen was well equipped. Ouside cleaning area after retuning from beach was very convenient. House with pool next door was very noisy. We would rent this house again for family if returning to Miramar Beach. However, have given up on Miramar Beach. As past owners of a condo and fond of the area we have found that the traffic and crowds are too challenging anymore...even for October.

The Temples and Wynnes have enjoyed vacationing together for several years and decided to buy a vacation home together at one of the most beautiful beaches around. We love the sugar sand and turquoise water of the Gulf in Miramar Beach. Our favorite thing about this home is that you get the feel of a small, quaint town like Seaside in the Frangista Beach neighborhood without giving up the nearby shopping, dining and activities that Sandestin, Baytowne Wharf and Destin have to offer.

We love the spacious feeling of all of the rooms in this house. Being comfortable and able to spread out and relax in beautiful surroundings is just as important to us as being close to the beach and pool.
