This trip was fantastic. We had a great time and the view was beautiful. The pool amenities were great and the access to the beach was perfect. 10/10 would recommend!

One of biggest issues the guitar hadn't been deeply clean in a while. I would say it was dirty, but something were. The walls of the front room were really dirty. Enter out the whole condo wall so faded and it showed a lot places that needed to be touched up. I think a fresh coat of paint I'm really solid. Cleaning would've gotten.love the resort itself. The kids had a great time. We love the beach chairs came with the condo and our daughter and her husband could use another said his first come first serve or save it for 17 per day reservation and then you pay the fee if fee is done.Based on some conversations with other people that either live there or come down frequently, he said it seemed like the resort was short staffed. The kids absolutely lovely nighttime activities at the interest to see out it's during pick months.

Great experience. Very clean and comfortable unit. Liked the included chair and umbrella service on the beach. The pools were also enjoyable. The only minor issue are the wristbands used for pool access - they work poorly. Very good communication with the host. Overall a great stay and will return in the future.

The property was very nice and comfortable, beautiful condo. Host takes a day or so to respond and communicates with simple responses, not very thorough.

We loved our condo, loved the resort, and had the best time. Communication was easy and someone was always available if you needed assistance. I highly recommend working with Pinkie Flamingo. We stayed 5 nights for a cheer competition and it was cheaper to book with them than stay next door at the Hilton. Everyone kept saying they couldn't afford to stay where we stayed, but then were shocked when they found out they paid more.

We had a great family getaway! The condo had a beautiful view of the whole property and out to the ocean. The decor is cute and there were good storage spots for gear/shoes. The beach setup was convenient (just fyi you can reserve a spot the day before if you sign up) and we loved having the tiki hut there for quick food/drink options.With all that said, the cleanliness of the unit wasn’t as good as we’d expected. Dishes in the cabinets were dirty and needed rewashed before use. Furniture was stacked up (probably for cleaning crew) but not in its intended place. And the top bedding in the extra bedroom had stains. We also would’ve loved to have a few more towels but we made do.None of that was that big of a deal and we had a lovely time even with these few complaints! All in all it was a great experience. Being close to the parking garage was great too! Gulfarium and the boardwalk were so close and fun for the kids! Thank you for all the memories!!

Loved our time at Waterscape

Beautiful condo in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and loved the resort. Very easy check-in/out process and condo had about everything you could need. We already talked about coming back in the future.

This place was perfect. The view is the absolute best. The parking garage is so close and the walls are sound proof. When the doors are closed you can’t hear anything. We are looking to hopefully book this place again for next year.

Great condo and resort

The condo was very clean and the check in process was simple. Working with Pinkie was a breeze. The resort had everything you need but is also within walking distance to fun activities and restaurants. The beach is spectacular and the included beach chairs was a great bonus.

Family getaway

This was the perfect getaway for our family! We spent most of our time relaxing at the beach and The pools which kept the kids entertained. There is a Publix nearby so we did our groceries and ate most of our meals at the condo. The condo is spacious and clean, we will definitely come back!

Great location

We loved the location of sunny daze. Bright condo. Well stocked. Loved the bunk room. The tvs in the bunk room weren’t working properly when we got there. Rudy came to fix them. He was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. We would stay here again. It was very clean. Worked perfectly for our family of five. The only thing we needed would have been a couple of extra blankets. This condo was located so close to the drive up parking garage. Made loading and unloading a breeze. We enjoyed being able to see both the pool area and the ocean from the balcony.
