The host was extremely helpful. We were not sure about the effects of the hurricane, and the host kept us updated on everything. We love the property.

Our first time in the Destin/Ft. Walton area was beyond perfect thanks to a stay here! A perfect place for small children. We loved all the pools and nightly activities for the kids and the beach was incredible. We saw dolphins from the balcony multiple times and even had some appear next to us while swimming! The room was also very spacious and offered everything we needed. Would totally book here again!!

The beds were amazingly comfy…… the resort pool complex was awesome! The hosts were quick to respond and there were beach towels to use and the beach service was very convenient… Really enjoyed our week, close to lots of shopping and restaurants…. The only downfall was the noise from the adjacent hotel’s air conditioner units, made sitting on the balcony unpleasant because it was such a loud roar…

We had a great time here. My kids loved the pools and we loved the easy access to the beach. We had bambino’s pizza which was great and parlor doughnuts was right down the road which is our favorite. The only bummer we encountered was that the building next to us had huge HVAC systems running constantly so that you couldn’t sit out on the deck. They were so loud that you had to yell to have a conversation with the person next to you. They looked like rentals so I think it’s just a temporary thing with all the construction. The hosts were super helpful and had great communication. I would definitely stay here again.

The air conditioner had problems at the Hilton next door. The box was temporary. The Hilton is finished using it. I apologize for your inconvenience.

Our stay in this comdo was amazing. The condo was clean, well stocked with items. The host was very accommodating when we had questions they were quick with responses. The condo was kid friends with tons of beach items.

Nice condo, excellent pools and close to the beach. A a lot of people were there, but the pools didn’t seem super crowded because there were so many areas. Host was always good to respond to any questions.

We had a wonderful time here! The host was very responsive, the unit was clean and exactly as pictured. The complex itself is incredible. Our kids hopped from the pool to the beach all day. We will definitely come back!

We loved the condo and all of the amenities it had to offer. It’s close and convenient to many activities, restaurants and shops. The pools were a hit and of course the proximity to the beach can’t be beat!! We would recommend this to anyone visiting this area. Communication with owner was quick, informative and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Everything about our stay was amazing! We loved the condo and all the amenities that came along with it. It was conveniently located right on the beach, with beautiful large pools and a lazy river. The condo was equipped with all things needed to cook at home, which was extremely nice since I have children with multiple food allergies. We didn’t have to leave our condo since we prepared all our meals there. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

We have 2 young kids and we enjoyed our stay! Barbara was excellent at communicating with us on all details and she went beyond to help us when our credit card got lost and I had to contact her about our stay. Parking was easy but is a bit of a walk to the room, which wasn’t a problem for us but if you have someone who can’t walk far just keep that in mind. We loved the beach rental that was included. The only thing I would recommend to housekeeping is to dust more. But the condo was overall clean and had everything you could need.

Check-in was easy, covered parking nice, great beach location, heated pool, condo was well-equipped with a large washer and dryer. Definitely recommend for family of 5 or 6. Hosts very easy to contact and communicated well.

Nice environment to enjoy the beautiful beaches. This place is tastefully decorated with special touches as you will experience true hospitality by the host. Okaloosa island has great restaurants in walking distance too Clean condo and beach view. The parking garage is great too and have your walking shoes on as it is quite the walk from car to condo ( 235 steps one way one level). Worth it for the view !

Everything was great! We live locally, but stayed here with our family visiting in town to have a full beach living experience. The weather was less than ideal, but the view was great and location was top notch.

Very easy check in, great communication with owner, view wasn’t exactly what I was expecting since it overlooks more of the backside/side of a different hotel next door, but you still can see the beach from the balcony. Owner also had items provided for the beach and pool which was nice if you have children. You are required to take all bedsheets off the bed before leaving, and you must collect and take all your own trash out, that part I didn’t care for too much since we’re already paying a cleaning fee, but overall we had a nice stay.
