Superb Ski Escape

Our recent stay at the Grand Summit as a guest of Ingrid was AMAZING! The location was perfect! The views from our room and living room could not be beat! The accommodations exceeded our expectations and of course the mountain delivered great skiing. Everyone and especially the valet team were extremely welcoming and helpful. We can't wait to be back!

Great location

Wonderfully spacious and clean! We enjoyed a relaxing long weekend and everything was as the pictures showed. Great view of the mountain.

Beautiful accommodations to match the location!

We love this area, and the facilities are a perfect compliment, anytime of the year. It has become one of our family’s favorite get aways..,it’s also pretty great for just couples 😉!

Great ski in ski out spot

Perfect place to ski Canyons. Room was very spacious. Fully stocked amenities. Great place to stay.

Great stay

Loved the condo. 6th floor which had a beautiful view and everything was brand new. We have stayed in the hotel for spring break 7 years in a row and this is by far the best condo. Additionally a lot of the hotel looks remodeled. I highly recommend it. Ingrid is wonderful as well.

Grand Summit

Beautiful resort and beautiful unit. Even though there were only 2 of us, having the extra bathroom was great. Absolutely loved our stay and had wonderful stay. Totally private with no external noise from neighboring units. Literally steps away from the bubble lift. Plan to return next year at the same time!!

Best family vacation

This condo is absolutely perfect. It is exceptionally clean and up to date. The shower and window day beds are amazing. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The owner of this condo is exceptional. She went out of her way to answer any pre booking questions that we had. She checked in on us while we were there as well as when we returned home. I couldn’t have asked for a better owner and condo. Our overall experience was 5 STARS.

Wonderful summer stay

Very nice and roomy condo in a great location. More than enough room for a couple, and probably fine for a family with young children who will sleep on the window seats or the fold out couch. The living area is larger than most ski condos we've stayed in. The kitchen has everything you will need. Very conveniently located in the quieter Canyons Village. Several restaurants close by, or ride the Cabriolet to the transportation center to catch a bus into Park City or Deer Valley. The bus system is very efficient. Ski lifts are also just a short walk across the square.

Wonderful getaway at the Grand Summit!

Our family of 5 had a great time at the Grand Summit! Room was spacious and had plenty of room for my husband and I and our 3 teenage kids! Loved having the space in the entry to drop ski boots and gear. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were very comfortable, etc. Service at the Grand Summit was phenomenal.. from the front desk staff, bell service, concierge, etc. Great restaurants on site as well. Location can’t be beat... right off the orange bubble chair lift. We loved skiing the Canyons! Will definitely be back.

Perfect location, nice accommodations and great stay!

If you are looking for ski-in/ski-out accommodations on the Canyons side of the mountain with all of the amenities you need, this is the perfect unit. It easily fit our family and having 2 full bathrooms was perfect. Our children loved the window beds and having a kitchen for breakfasts and snacks was great. Instacart delivers here and the hotel staff even brought the groceries up to our room when they arrived. The ski valet inside the hotel was so convenient for dropping off skis and the hot tubs, pool and steam room were great after a day of skiing. There are several restaurants within walking distance, all of which were great. The owner was amazing and got back to me very quickly and the front desk helped with anything we needed. Highly recommend. We will stay again for sure.

Great Family Vacation

What a wonderful place for a family skiing vacation! This was my first time using homeaway.com and ingrid was incredible to work with!! She gave me so much information about Park City, recommended places to eat, shop, things for us to do and see while we were there. She even got my family of 5 discounted lift tickets! The Condo was huge, with tons of room for my 3 teenagers to have their own space and my husband and I had our own bedroom and bathroom. It was a such a luxury to have the gondola right out the back door of the hotel and a place to check our skis every night. We all loved the pool and hot tub! I felt very spoiled! The Grand Summit is definitely the best place to stay at The Canyons! The ski area was Awesome! The snow was not great the week we were there but there is nothing like skiing long runs, with blue sky and lots of sunshine! We will have to come back next year to get the powder!! Thanks Ingrid! I consider this condo one of the best condos we have EVER stayed in! I would recommend it to everyone! The kids really want to come back next year and so do I!

Overall a Very Enjoyable Experience

Check in was smooth. Easy self (or valet) indoor parking. Room was exactly as described. You can pay extra for housekeeping during your stay but it is not required. Otherwise, I just left the full garbage bags in the hall and they "disappeared". We had a leak from the shower the first day but maintenance came right away to caulk. When it happened again the next day, they came back and finally fixed it. They give you nice robes to use during your stay ($150 to buy them if you want). The master bed is one of those foam ones that some people like but others may feel a bit too soft. Great fireplaces. Large TV in the den with excellent cable programming. The master shower with a bench and two heads really hit the spot after a day on the slopes. The other bathroom was just as nice. Granite kitchen with everything I needed. A nice tile entryway for wet boots. The location is the best for dropping kids at ski school and the orange bubble. Although they have a ski valet in a room in the lobby, you still need to cross a sidewalk and carry your skis up a flight of stairs and through the lobby (maybe 50 feet) to check them. Another property, the Westgate, is a farther walk but they have valets on that sidewalk to collect your skis in a cart. One thing to note about the location: Since you are RIGHT at the mountain, you will hear the scraping of gates being put into place and the beeping of snowcats doing their work starting at 4 AM!!!! Bring earplugs. There is a beautiful outdoor pool but you can no longer access it from an interior room since they did reconstruction. So it is a bit cold coming in an out. The Westgate has an indoor/outdoor pool. The owners lounge has a pool table. The staff was all extremely nice and, overall, this was a great stay.

Perfect stay!

Perfect ski in/out location! The view out the windows was amazing and we had fun watching people ski down the mountain. Our family of 6 fit perfectly. It was super clean, the hot tub and pool were wonderful, and Ingrid was great to work with. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay In Park City

Our family of 4 stayed in this apartment for 7 nights. The apartment fitted us all in easily, it had a full kitchen which was awesome and the resort is really lovely. The apartment also has a nice view of the resort and chairlifts. I would not hesitate to stay again and will definitely recommend to our friends and family. The owner was really obliging and helpful with communication. 5 stars from us!

Thanksgiving visit to Park City

Really comfortable,clean and convenient property. Set up really well. Nicely furnished with great views of the mountain. We plan to return again. We highly recommend this property. Could easily sleep 6 people.

Everything was really good overall. I don't think the $88 cleaning fee was listed on the VRBO website so that caught me off guard.

Perfect location!

Once again Park City did not disappoint & this unit was great! Teenagers loved sleeping in the window seats, plenty of room for the 5 of us to be comfortable & the view was great! Resort staff were also very kind and helpful. Highly recommend Park City & this location!

Wonderful stay at the Grand Summit, Canyons, Park City

Very special condo at The Grand Summit for a special Christmas treat!

My daughter and I stayed over Christmas at this lovely condo. It was very spacious, well equipped, and convenient. You actually can't get any closer to the lifts than Grand Summit. We enjoyed the views, the ski closet, and particularly the spa. It was fantastic. We had a storm one day and we treated ourselves to massages, outdoor swimming, and the steam room. Ingrid is the owner and she is very nice and easy to communicate with. We never needed her during our visit, but I know she would be available promptly if we did. We took taxi's into town as the shuttle was quite busy and I suggest dinner in town a few nights during your stay. We will definitely return and tell our friends about this condo. Thank you Ingrid, for a wonderful stay!

We are an active family (2 kids ages 7 and 13 yrs resp.) and enjoy skiing, Mountain Biking, Hiking, Golfing, Kayaking, Fishing ... any outdoor adventure!
Beautiful sunsets, crisp mountain air and blue skies, hiking with views on snow-capped mountains and the colorful beauty of the Aspens in fall make us happy! Canyons is our HOME away from HOME creating lifelong family memories.

We fell in love with the place due to the ease of staying at the Grand Summit - making it a pleasurable and convenient location for family vacations. Its great ski-in/ski-out location, excellent ski school and child care program and the four season destination made it perfect for us. Not only travelers with children will appreciate the close drive to the Canyons coming from SLC airport. Accommodations are extremely spacious for families traveling with all that ski gear with the closest lift access possible.
We love to watch the snow plows groom and prepare the runs whilst sipping our coffee in our deluxe room. The surroundings are marvelous! There is so much to do any time of the year - Summer, Fall or Winter!
