Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you a splendid contemporary house to rent, in a quiet location in the centre of Bordeaux. With a surface area of 75 m², it can accommodate up to 5 travellers. It has two large bedrooms. It has a large, private garden and a private parking space. If you're spending a few days or a few weeks in Bordeaux, whether on business or on holiday/weekends, don't miss out on a stay in this unique place! Bed linen and towels of 4* hotel quality are provided, as well as bath mats and tea towels. And your bed will be made on arrival.

The flat is ideally located in Bordeaux, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

When you stay at La dépendance, you're in the centre of Bordeaux, a 5-minute walk from tramway line A (Hôtel de Police stop), and 4 stops from Place Pey Berland with its famous cathedral. On foot, you are 1 km from Rue Sainte Catherine, the longest pedestrian street in Europe, and 1.5 km from Bordeaux's historic quarter with all its restaurants and bars.

Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking space.
