Two Bedroom apartment in historical center
Summary:
A few steps away from St James street and Fernand Lafargue place, a lovely 2 bedroom apartment, fully refurbished in January 2020, on the ground floor of a typical Bordeaux building.
Located in the historical center of Bordeaux and its pedestrian street where it is so nice to wander... Trendy shops, restaurants,bars are just a few steps away!
The Space:
Equipment : Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine (Senseo), fridge, stove, grill/microwave oven.
TV and unlimited WIFI.
Your rent includes bed sheets and bath towels and the clean up of the apartment after your departure ( you still need to do the washing up).
This is a NON SMOKING apartment.
The apartment is on the ground floor.
The room on the street side has double window with double glazing so you get a quiet night.
Guest Access:
Entry is autonomous, you will find the keys in a lock box. You can arrive at any time after check-in time
The apartment is conveniently situated on the ground floor so no stairs to climb!
The green bedroom has no window.
Please note: Access to historical center by car is only possible between 6h and 11h in the morning. To drop your luggage outside and these hours, you will have to park outside of the restricted zone and walk to the apartment!
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in the St Paul area of Bordeaux, which is a historic though well animated area! The Grosse Cloche, the paved Rue St James (and its trendy shops), the many restaurants (Kitchen Garden, Hush Hush, Le Malabar, café Kokomo...), wine and cocktail bars (l'Oenolimit, le Frida...).
Getting Around:
Everything is within walking distance, hard to find a more central location!
station: porte de Bourgogne.
from train station Gare Saint Jean :
Walking : approx 25 minutes.
By tram: direct direction Gare de Blanquefort 20 minutes door to door.
From the Airport:
Take line 1 to Gare Saint Jean (approximately 45 minutes) then follow above instructions from the train Station
Other Things to Note:
Access to historical center by car is only possible between 6h and 11h in the morning. To drop your luggage outside and these hours, you will have to park outside of the restricted zone and walk to the apartment!
