Nice little beach condo- great location

Property was all we needed for the 2 of us. It was clean and the location was great. Super easy walkable (a SHORT walk) access to the beach and restaurant/shops. Pool was nice and clean too. Would stay there again.

The body wash wasn’t filled so we had to use the guest bath soap. I’d like to have blankets for extra warmth in the bedroom or living room because the comforters are super thin. But overall, a beautiful place and super well decorated! The kitchen had so much great stuff, perfect for lots of guests and cooking large meals!

Great place

We enjoyed our stay. Convenient access to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Just bring your own filters for the coffee maker.

Best Vacation I’ve Had in over 30 Years!!!

The room itself was furnished beautifullly, plenty of room!! Big bathroom, very close to beach access, super comfortable!! Warm days where I got a tan, cool nights where we enjoyed a Bonfire. Outstanding Experience!! Thank You!!

Worn out

We were certainly surprised when we arrived to see how outdated the entire facility along with our unit was. The following is what we came up with during our stay. Pros The place was clean with clean sheets and towels. Cons The bed is very old and needs to be replaced. You roll to the middle and I am not sure what type of foam was pushed in there, not good. This was mentioned last year in a comment but it wasn't taken care of. Speaking of beds, when you open the door to enter the unit the bed is right there. The bedroom does not have a door into the kitchen and living area. Not very private. It is only about 300 sq ft unit. Pretty small in general. The couch and chair in the living area are totally gross. Old suede furniture with a lot of use. We refused to set on this furniture when we were there during the beach rainout days. I took some recent pictures if you care to have them. Verry very gross. The facility's main garbage unit pick up is Wednesday morning at 5:30am. It sits directly across from the unit so we were woken up when the garbage truck lifted the metal unit and were banging it several times before moving on. Wow, can you please call the garbage management company and tell them to pick up during normal business hours. Some people come here for vacation and to sleep in a bit and not be woken up out of a dead sleep at 5:30am. The unit on the second floor you can hear every footstep taken. The floor isn't insulated and the wood creaks when someone is walking around. We will not be back, the amount of money spent to stay here is equal to a local resort. I will go back to staying at a local resort for my future vacations. This one certainly was a bust. Oh and if you could give some detailed directions on where the public beach access points are at from the front of the facility that would be great. The signs are not visible and are not readily seen from the street. The beach front condos typically have their own private beach access points that the public can not use. You have to walk a bit to get to a public beach access point.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was in a great location, however, it appeared as if they just sweep and make the beds between customers. The pull out sofa sheets had stains, dirt, and leaves in them. My daughter put a blanket down to sleep on top of. This was one of the better priced units available on 30A, and you get what you pay for here. I just would recommend bringing all your own linens, paper products, trash bags, etc. I probably will not stay here again.

Needs some updates

The unit was dirty. Back splash had food on it. The bed was terrible. Needs to be replaced. Furniture couch and chair needs to be replaced. Kitchen needs to be reconfigured. You can’t reach sink if dishwasher is open. Needs a smart TV. Can’t stream anything. Really sucked.

Volunteered alone to shaparone 8 highschool Junior boys

Plesently surprised how little they needed me. Have bikes will travel. I was alone enough to rent a Harley for a day and had another opportunity to actually go to a movie theater! Very safe area. We had no trouble at all. Would highly recommend to anyone.
