The charming community offers two swimming pools. One is heated seasonally, between Feb 01 - April 15. Enjoy the two lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, as well as an ample community grilling area.

Bike through the trails, relax on the beach, take a dip in the pool, your day is wide open. Ride (or stroll) to the eateries and shops found in nearby Seaside and Rosemary Beach.

Newly renovated, this cute, first-floor condo has a beautiful living room space, with a bunk nook and two oversized twin beds, perfect for the kids. The primary bedroom, king, shares the hallway bath. The large, covered porch off the living room seats 4. And the cozy kitchen has plenty of counter space for preparing meals or snacks for the beach.

Biking, hiking, paddleboarding, canoeing, kayaking, or simply lounging on the pristine beaches, Go Coastal is a great home base to explore all the 30A’s magic.

Great place

We love our stay and had everything we needed. The heated pool was nice in the evening. Great location with just a short walk to the beach.

Great location

Nice and cozy place in the middle of it all. Bike anywhere you want in a matter of minutes and not too crowded. Definitely would stay again.

Great location!

This is a very sweet condo near the beach. The walkway to the beach is very close with easy access. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon!

would definitely recommend/stay here again

this was the perfect place to stay for 3 adults & a 3 year old. 1 king bed (comfortable) - bunk beds (comfortable) - & the couch pulls out (not comfortable). very clean. next door to the gas station. From leaving the room to finally stepping in the sand took 3 minutes! it’s a private beach to the right but can set up your stuff anywhere to the left. - the only thing I would suggest would be blackout curtains bc of the bunk beds! & fix the sliding doors.

Nice place, needs updating

It’s a nice place it needs updated badly. Many of the fixtures are builders grade which means the cheapest thing you can buy. There are faucets on the outside of the building but no water hoses, so you would need to bring your own water hose!! Seriously!! You’ll need the water hose if you go to the beach and get sand on you and your beach equipment. Other than that a nice place but very overpriced.

Checked Out early!

This unit needs a lot of updating! The sofa and bed is terrible. The kitchen is lacking many items. No rugs by the bed or living room except under the breakfast table. We used all the towels for make shift rugs. The owner should not be charging the rates we paid for a unit that has not be updated in who knows when!

Hi Candace, we appreciate you bringing these things to our attention. We cannot fix things if we are unaware of what is lacking. The owner's have plans to add some area rugs as well as any needed kitchen items so that will not be an issue moving forward. We are very careful to keep our pricing in line with other condos in the area and the proximity from this home to the beach cannot be beat. We hope these little hiccups didn't prevent you from enjoying your time in our beautiful area and we hope you can come visit again soon.

Great getaway for 2 with a few updates

The location was really perfect. The walk to the beach was easy and fast. I don’t know if I just missed it in the listing but once you take the beach access down to the beach you have to walk about 200 ft to the east to public beach. It’s an easy walk though. The bed was comfortable. The living room furniture was uncomfortable and not super high quality. The sliding back doors need to be repaired/ replaced. The bathroom is not comfortable in the least but it is usable for a quick shower. There is only 1 TV and it’s in the living room. I would recommend upgrading that TV and then also adding one in the bedroom. All in all, it was pretty clean and worked for a short weekend with my husband and the walk was really easy to the beach.

Week of Rest

This is a simple rental, comfortable, clean, but not fancy, which suited our needs. A quick walk to the beach...walk to coffee shops and donuts, walk to restaurants. Who needs a car? A kitchen drawer broke and the sliding doors were sticky, so management--without us even asking--fixed both pronto. We've stayed in nearby rentals with this floor plan, but this one was our favorite by far. My only complaint (which to be fair, is often my complaint in beach rentals)--there are not enough hooks or racks for towels. Only one small rod, and two difficult-to-reach hooks. For a unit that sleeps six, add a few more. Even adding folding laundry rack would be so helpful. Otherwise, thanks for a restful week.

A block from the beach

Super close to the beach. We also enjoyed the pool and tennis court. We had one car and were able to park near our unit easily. Some confusion about whether bikes were included, we were told they were but then found out they weren’t. Angelina’s Pizza and a Tom Thumb are next door so we didn’t need them. They do have 2 boogie boards and one pool float, which were fun. The built in bunk beds were cute and fun for my son. They provide one roll of tissue for a whole week so bring your own. Would have given a higher rating but the huge drawback was that people above and next to us were smoking, and the whole place reeked of smoke. We’re not doing a vrbo condo/apt again because this happened last time too (although in a different state but still a condo.) Hope this helps!
