We're sorry to hear the furniture was not comfortable for you in this unit and have shared this feedback with the proper departments for potential updates! As for the beach chair service, the county permits beach chair vendors to specific accesses and they do like to set up a line of chairs and umbrellas all along their zone. If you do not rent from them, personal chairs and setups must be put up behind these vendor lines. We understand it can be frustrating, but many people do enjoy this availability of service and this is a matter completely out of our hands, unfortunately.
