Hi April, Thank you for the wonderful review! We're so glad you enjoyed the classic charm, those amazing views, and the short staircase adventure to the beach. We hope to welcome you back for another seaside escape soon! Best regards, Benchmark Management

Hi Terri, Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re thrilled you loved the unbeatable beach access, though we certainly didn’t intend for our door lock to play hard to get quite so many times! We're glad our team could come to the rescue quickly. We hear you loud and clear on the view and the updates—nobody wants their beachside coffee blocked by a fence, or to feel like they're staying in a time capsule. We are actively sharing your notes on the patio seating and bathroom refresh with the property owner so we can get those ocean views cleared and the unit modernized. We’d love the chance to host you again in one of our updated properties next time—with a lock that behaves and prime seating for those ocean views! Warmly, Benchmark Management

Thank you so much for this incredible and thoughtful review! After 15 years of visiting the 30A area and experiencing several management companies, it means so much to hear that Benchmark properties have consistently stood out for their cleanliness, upkeep, and communication. We are especially grateful that you highlighted the communication throughout your stay; from the clear check-in instructions and follow-up after arrival to our mid-stay check-ins and easy-to-follow departure information. Our goal is to be available and helpful without being intrusive, so we are thrilled to know that approach has worked well for you. We also appreciate your kind words about how our team has handled maintenance concerns. We know that even small issues can affect a vacation, and we are always happy to address them as quickly and conveniently as possible. Thank you for your continued trust in us. We truly value having you as a returning guest and look forward to welcoming you back to 30A for many more vacations! Warm Regards, Benchmark Management
