When the AC issue was reported, our team responded right away to get it resolved, but we regret that the other items didn’t meet the same standard. However, we are disappointed to learn about the concerns regarding cleanliness, as no issues were reported to us during your visit. In fact, our records show that you sent us a message after checking in, stating everything was well, except for the pool being out of service. We would have gladly addressed any cleanliness concerns had we been informed at the time. Regarding the pool, we apologize for the inconvenience. The pool and its maintenance are handled by the HOA, and we were not informed it would be unavailable for a few days prior to your arrival. Unfortunately, we do not have control over such matters. Your cleaning remarks have been taken into account and passed along to the proper parties. We have also informed the relevant team regarding the kitchen utensils and cookware. Please note that the kitchens are usually well stocked with these items. If you had reached out to us during the stay, we would have made arrangements to have them dekivered.
