Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are glad you enjoyed the beautiful view and the lovely décor, but we are truly sorry that the mildew smell affected your comfort and your overall experience. We remember addressing this concern with you during your stay and sharing some steps that could help reduce the odor, particularly with the recent rainy and humid weather. We also offered to have someone come by to take a closer look if the smell continued, as well as provide an air freshener. We understand how unpleasant a persistent odor can be, especially when you are trying to relax and enjoy your vacation. We are sorry this took away from your stay, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Your feedback will be shared with our team so we can continue to monitor the property and look for ways to improve the experience for future guests. We are grateful you chose to stay with us and hope we will have the opportunity to provide you with a more comfortable experience in the future. Warm Regards, Benchmark Management
