Enjoy breathtaking Gulf views at this oceanfront corner condo, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms just steps from emerald waters. Relax by the heated pool, stay active in the fitness room, or unwind on your private balcony. Sleeps up to 8 with a full kitchen and cozy living space. Includes beach service (seasonal), grills, and easy beach access—perfect for families or couples seeking a serene coastal getaway.
Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
About the Community/Property:
Onsite amenities include:
an outdoor heated pool that is open 9AM – 10PM
2 charcoal grills for our owner and guest use
A fitness room with available from 6AM – 10PM
Beach Service available 8am – 5pm – March through October for daily and weekly rentals
About the Vacation Rental Unit:
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental features:
Bedroom 1: King Bed - Sleeps 2
Bedroom 2: 2 twin bunk beds - Sleeps 4
Living room area: Sofa bed - Sleeps 2
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 8 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)
Parking:
Guest is granted one parking pass per unit. To get your parking pass, you'll need to go the HOA office on the first floor. Please return to your car with it immediately, as this pass needs to be visible on your vehicle's dashboard for the entirety of your stay. On-site parking is available for your convenience. Please note that effective June 1, 2026, the resort charges a parking fee of $35 + tax. This fee is paid directly to the resort via a secure link that will be shared with you prior to arrival.
Other details to note:
Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
