Perfect property

Enjoyed everything. Quick access to beach. Was very quiet this time of year. Weather was perfect! Will be back

Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The reservation process was easy. Communication by the management company was excellent. This particular unit is next to the pool and the tennis courts. The only downside to this unit was that the living room furniture was very sad looking. The arms of the couch had old dirt stains on them.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit needs to be completely updated before renting out. Everything is old and needs replacing. The beds made noise every time you moved, the bedding was very old and disgusting, the flooring had gaps between the boards at least half inch wide, and the furniture was very dirty. The shower drains did not drain but the management office had someone come out when I called. The walk to the beach was long especially once you got on the sand so pulling a wagon was hard. I would not stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a good experience at the Beachside Villas. The exception was that access to the beach was a hassle. You now have to take a shuttle or walk a significant distance to go to the Public Beach Area. That was not convenient with children and the elderly persons in our group.

I would probably not stay again considering the beach situation. The price is a little high for the condition of the property.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed Beachside Villas five times this year was not the best. I have a problem with all of the rental company with the umbrellas taking over the beach and we do not have any room you’re packed in shoulder to shoulder with people I witnessed several arguments and almost fights. I will not stay there again.

Great location but dirty and beat up

Pros- shuttle to beach amazing, location-amazing, pool and amenities sparkling clean, lots of towels, great bicycle coupon management company very responsive CONS- housekeeping didn’t mop, our feet were black, borrowed a mop, furniture stained and soiled. Soiled enough you think twice about sitting on them. Gross. Someone’s shuttle honked outside our condo two mornings in a row at 5 am for about 15 minutes. Floors are very thin and you will think they are running bulls upstairs.

Nice Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our overall stay was very nice. Benchmark Realty gave me excellent service! Our only problem was finding a filthy skillet with burnt scrambled eggs which was pretty easy to clean up and a mixing bowl with a large live roach in it. I think the cleaning people need to check all cabinets and turntable.

This unit was just OK

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've rented here before and stayed in various units. We've been inside 6 different units now and this one was the worst by far. It felt dirty and didn't even have a broom provided to clean up ourselves. The only storage space by the kitchen is locked for management so there was no where to put anything. The dishes were poorly organized. The toilets kept getting clogged. And everything was outdated.

Beachside Villa 921

Property was fine, just smaller than expected. I was under the impression from rental company that condo 921 wasn’t all the way at the back of the property but it was. Only real problem I had was the rental company told me I could park an extra car at the public beach parking right down the road.... when we arrived there was no public parking so we were driving around at midnight trying to locate a place to park my child’s car. I called the rental company 3 times and finally got someone on the 3rd try.... took down my info to have someone call me in a few minutes and it is now 2 days later and I’m still waiting for that call.

Dissatisfied

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit upon arrival was dirty. The floors were filthy. We had to keep our shoes on the entire time. Smoke detector beeped the entire time. The outlets in bathroom do not work. Ants on the counters. Dip in the floor coming from kitchen to dining area a tripping hazard. Only a 30’ span for beach access which is under security at all times, unless you walk a mile is misleading in your advertisement. For the amount of money you charge it is worth my time to spread the caution to others.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Great condo for our family vacation. Close to the beach, very quiet, family area. This space accommodated our family of 7 very nicely. Can't wait to come back!
