Trin til strand og spektakulære solnedgange

Spektakulære solnedgange venter dig på dette rummelige, sollys, fire soveværelser / fire badeværelser hjem, en tre minutters gang fra stranden og en syv minutters kørsel til Love Lane og Magic Fountain.

Huset er beliggende i en stille gade, der ligger uden for en smuk sandstrand på Long Island Sound. Den åbne grundplan giver meget plads til afslapning og også til forskellige "aktivitetszoner".

Gå ind og find en solrig stue og spisestue ved siden af et helt nyt køkken, komplet med vaskemaskine / tørretumbler. Et nedsænket familieværelse med et nyt tv med stor skærm skaber et behageligt familiehængeområde, perfekt til filmaftener efter en dag på stranden.

Master bedroom suite er ovenpå og har et stort walkout-dæk vendt mod Long Island Sound. De andre tre soveværelser er på første sal, hvoraf det ene også har et komplet bad med eget bad. Udendørsområde til grillning og spisning afslutter billedet.

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Very clean and well equipped. Short walk to a pretty beach on the Long Island Sound. Very quiet neighborhood and central to things on the North Fork.

Great as usual

The house and location is perfect to enjoy with family. Accomodations are perfectly kept and a joy to just relax. Beach access as well as proximity to stores, restaurants, etc is an added bonus. This was our 3rd year renting and owner Kristen as usual was joy and easy to communicate with.

Great vacation

Perfect week on the beach

Beautiful space! Loved waking up in the master bedroom and the huge tv was perfect for watching the US Open! Our dog Ruca has found her happy place dogpaddling on the bay! The homeowners were so caring and attentive! I highly recommend vacationing here!

Family Vacation 2024

Unanimously, the entire family loved this AirB&B. The house had everything we needed for the beach and many amenities that other homes do not offer. We enjoyed the sunsets on the upper deck each night and afternoon walks to the beach each night. We all agreed that we wanted to come back next year.

Mattituck Magic

We were a family of ages from 70 to 3 and we all agreed that this house was made for our family! It afforded privacy when needed and lots of different locations for family gatherings. Its location was stunning and convenient to everything the North Fork has to offer. Rain or shine there was tons to do.Wonderful host as well! I could go on and on!

Great communicator and undersranding regarding an unforseen medical situation. Kristen gives her all in making a stay at her rental the perfect getaway. Meets and exceeds expectations.

The house is lovely, providing privacy for guests along with spacious gathering areas throughout the house. The upstairs bedroom and deck offer a comfortable place for watching the incredible sunsets on LI Sound. Kris and Chris are great hosts and responsive if anything occurs that needs their assistance. Proximity to the beach, modern appliances, cleanliness and a light airy decor are key features of this rental.

Amazing Vacation

House was spotless with luxurious amenities - towels, shampoo, soap and paper supplies. A kitchen with cutlery and pots and pans that made cooking meals a breeze. The upstairs view at sunset was amazing. Kristen was attentive and became a friend from afar. Highly recommend for a great vacation.

Wonderful!

We loved our stay at the house. Kristen and Chris were super helpful. The house was very clean and outfitted with everything we could possibly need. The house info book had gave us all the information about the house and area and they were very prompt answering any questions we had. The beach is so close and the neighborhood is quiet…perfect for the R&R we were looking for. We will be back for sure!

Lovely property, super hosts

Beautiful spot, near the beach and wineries, close to everything the North Fork has to offer. It was lovely to watch the sunset each night over the water from the deck! The house was clean and has everything you might need for your stay - our hosts' thoughtfulness is obvious from everything that is included at the house. Kristen also checked in on us, to make sure that we had everything we needed, in a non-intrusive way. We would highly recommend.

PERFECT PLACE TO STAY IN THE NORTH FORK!!!!

We rented this beautiful 4 Bedroom, 4 bath house with room for my husband and I , My daughter , son and his girlfriend. This place was such a great location - across the Street from the Long Island sound, plus views from the deck, bathroom and front of the house. Oh yes, and sunset views as well. Everything was well stocked, and the kitchen was perfect for family gatherings as well as the yard . The owner Kristen was very accommodating, she has it all written out for you with many activity and restaurant recommendations. Just loved it !! I felt so at home, wish I was there a few days longer just to enjoy the space. Hope to return next year. Fall is fantastic in the North Fork.

Perfect House For A Family Vacation!

I wish we could give our stay in this beautiful home more stars! It was an amazing stay from the moment we booked our stay to our last day. Kristen and Chris were very attentive to all of our needs. They were so kind to leave us welcoming gifts. All of us even loved our bed sheets and Kristen was more than gracious to give us the information so we could purchase them for our home. The house was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed. We also loved being in the middle of the wine country. Our only regret is not being able to have a fire in either of the fireplaces due to it being too warm outside. The beach is a few steps away and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We hope to make this an annual family vacation. Thank you so much Kristen & Chris! All the best to you both and your family. :)

The best house rental experience we’ve ever had

Our stay at Kris’ house was the most enjoyable experience. The house is situated a very short walk from a stunning beach. The house itself is laid out really well, and is also bright, spotless and comfortable. Kris could not have been a more accommodating and gracious host. She thoughtfully left us some welcome sweets and made sure she had everything we could’ve possibly needed, even asking the ages of our kids to ensure she had appropriate toys. There were lots of board games, beach toys and other beach needs (towels, chair, wagon) so we didn’t need to bring anything. We are avid cooks and found the kitchen to be well stocked and equipped for lots of cooking. Our stay was so great that we’ve already booked another weekend in the fall!

My husband, two children and I and have been coming to the North Fork for many years, and are thrilled to be able to share the community we love with others. We have extensive local knowledge, and are always happy to answer any questions or do some research for you to make your stay special. Personally, we are triathletes, competing in IronMans and local sprint races (we encourage you to try one!) There are plenty of opportunities for you to swim, bike and run while you are here, or to just explore the beautiful outdoors.

There is a beautiful view of the Long Island Sound from the top of the hill as you head toward Soundbeach Dr. Water views and accessibility is what inspired us to buy this home. We are located on a quiet street with few houses, one row back from direct beach access. You can walk onto the beach from either end of the street. The sunsets are quite spectacular. Our home is perfect for vacationing year round, and is a cozy place to spend the winter holidays. We are conveniently located near restaurants, vineyards, parks, farm stands, golf, fishing, apple picking, pumpkin picking, other beaches and villages. Our family has made many wonderful memories here and we welcome you to make your own.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood, 3 minutes from the beach. Spectacular sunsets viewable from the upper outdoor deck, water views throughout the house, enclosed astro turf yard. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms, two fireplaces, plenty of living space, new appliances, comfortable towels and linens, beach chairs and umbrellas. Feels like a home away from home. Perfect for a getaway weekend, family gathering, holiday celebration or extended vacation. All utilities are included, except for a stay of a month or longer.
