PROS: Great location. Communication with host. Great layout of unit.Plenty of space.CONS: Lots of STEPS! Unit had not been cleaned when we arrived. Previous renters were very dirty. Sand on the kitchen table & throughout. We messaged Chris and he got someone to come. They didn't finish until after 7, but while we couldn't move in, we were able to sit in the AC and watch TV while she did a great job. This delayed getting started, making beds, etc.Despite the rough start, we had a great stay.We would stay again if not for the steps. My husband walks with a cane which made it a little difficult.Thanks Chris

We had a wonderful stay. The property is in a great location, with easy walking access to the beach, the boardwalk, and a variety of restaurants. Christopher was very responsive any time I had questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Great !!

Great spot ! Nice and clean and good location. The garage access is very useful to store beach boggey, umbrellas, beach chairs etc.... The property is well equipped but there is some furnitures that are broken, but nothing to really worried about and I think this could be easily repaired. Like blinds in the living room or closet doors that are not always easy to use We were a little bit short of utensils for 7, so one more set will be nice but the dishwasher works perfectly :-). The host was very quick to answer if we have questions

Wildwood Weekend

Christophers property was very nice. It was very clean upon arrival and convenient to the boardwalk and amenities that Wildwood offers. He was very prompt and getting us the Dump certification as we were Creston so we could keep the property as we found it. We would definitely rent off Christopher again in the future.

Overall the place is nice but I would have expected the place to be a little more clean and some furniture really needs to be changed. But other than that it was a nice stay.

Summer in Wildwood

The owner provides excellent communication while not being bothersome. The property met most of our needs but could use some updates/repairs. Being that this property is a rental, I can understand that not all tenants would respectfully keep it in excellent condition. The property is located close enough to the beach for adults but a bit far for kiddos after a long day on the beach. The shared garage was a great feature for our group as we were in Wildwood for the Jeep event and could park inside, allowing us to keep the tops off overnight. Thank you for sharing your property with us and another great summer vacation in Wildwood!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay and were pleased with how close the shops and the beach were to the unit. Some cons: 3 flights of stairs to the unit, with kids and luggage can get tiresome! The shower curtain linings in both bathrooms were moldy. The furniture/ ottomans in the living room were pretty worn and dirty. This was my 1st time renting on Vrbo and was completely unaware that linens are not a basic necessity that would be provided. Instead we had to head to walmart, after a 3 hr drive, to setup our rooms. Extremely inconvenient, especially when traveling with small children. Lesson learned the hard way! :/ If the host would send a courtesy message with this information and ample time that would have helped immensely! Once the curtain linings are changed and furniture is given a deep clean I'd say this unit has the potential to be a 5 star stay.

Perfect condo for a family beach vacation!

We had a great week. Super easy check-in, with the owner responsive to questions. Fast wifi. Washer and dryer in unit. Friendly neighbors. Walking distance to everything! The hot water heater broke during our stay, but the owner got a plumber the next morning to fix it. We've rented from some major real estate agencies in the area in the past and had all kinds of problems that were never resolved. This was so much better!

Amazing stay!

We stayed here for a festival last year. We were able to check in early and communication with the property manager was amazingly quick. Place was very clean and included all the necessities we needed during our stay. It is in the third floor so it is a hike up the stairs but it is certainly worth it. Would stay again!!!

Cute condo

The condo has a cute beachy vibe. It is a reasonable size for a three bedroom and the balcony patio area is large and a really nice place to eat and enjoy the weather. The neighbors were close but really nice. Chris offers use of a lot of the amenities including backyard and bikes and chairs in the garage. He was a responsive host but not intrusive. Only downside I would say are the stairs. There a many so if you have elderly or small kids in your party it may be alot. Otherwise recommend!

Nice Stay

The property was very convenient to everything we needed. We appreciated the 4 bunk beds in the one room for my son and his friends. Is there were some beach chairs for us to use which we were very happy for. There was hand soap and there were sheets for the bunk beds which we were also happy to have. There were some spices like salt and pepper and Olive oil and honey that previous tenants probably left behind. I do wish there was a trash can for trash but we just took it to the blue bins across the street and drove our recycling to the dump. Thank you for the stay, which was for 5 days which is nice because we're too busy for a week stay.
