We’re sorry to hear the condo felt warm during your June visit, especially the bathroom. Many condos at North Coast Village do not have air conditioning due to the coastal climate, but we understand that warmer days can still be uncomfortable. We appreciate you letting us know so we can review the fan/airflow setup and look for ways to make the space more comfortable for future guests. We’re also sorry for the unexpected pop-bys from previous renters. That is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We understand how frustrating and disappointing that must have been, especially after planning a weeklong trip and having stayed in Sandpiper before without issues. Mosquito activity can change quickly with weather and outdoor conditions, but we’re sorry this impacted your ability to enjoy the outdoor areas during your stay. Since learning of the issue, we have contacted both the City and the County of San Diego for assistance and guidance with the mosquito concern.
