Fantastisk condo på strandejendomme med havudsigt! MEGET REN! Inde renoveret med hårdt trægulve, granit og rustfrit stål apparater. Condo er meget børnevenligt og voksenvenligt. Gå direkte på stranden og få minutter til mole, havn, biografer og restauranter. WiFi inkluderet og fungerer i hele komplekset og på stranden tæt på komplekset.

Oceanside er bekvemt placeret så tæt på San Diego og Orange county. Vi er en kort køretur til Legoland. Lidt længere (30-45 minutter) til Disneyland eller San Diego Zoo.

Togstationen i gåafstand til direkte ruter til centrum af San Diego eller Anaheim.

Safari-parken er en vidunderlig ændring fra en traditionel zoologisk have (også ejet af S. D. Zoo - men beliggende i North S. D. Amt (ca. 30 minutters kørsel).

Uanset om du leder efter et sted at slappe af og nyde noget godt vejr, eller du er aktiv, vil denne enhed være perfekt til dig! Stranden er et fantastisk sted at slappe af, intet som lyden af bølgerne, der styrter ned på kysten for at afhjælpe stress (vi leverer stole og paraply til dig) - eller bare sidde på balkonen! Du kan også nyde en dejlig gåtur på stranden til molen eller havnen (1/3 mile).

Stranden er altid vidunderlig, men hvis du vil have mere action, gå 1/3 mil (0. 5 km) til havnen for at leje både, jetski / bølgeløbere, kajakker, paddleboards, paddleboats og mere! Eller gå til molen (1/3 mile) for at leje cykler eller surfbræt (vi leverer boogie boards). Ved du ikke, hvordan man surfer? Intet problem! Du kan tage lektioner på molen!

San Diego er kendt for sine mikrobryggerier, og Oceanside har et par gode! Der er også en god vinsmagning i Temecula og San Diego.

Havnen tilbyder hvalsafari-udflugter (sæsonåben) og dybhavsfiskeriudflugter. Hvis du kan lide at fiske, kan du også fiske ud fra molen.

Også i området er der gode golfbaner, vinsmagning og ølsmagning (vi har mange lokale bryggerier) i S. D. og Oceanside!

Vi vil kun overveje mindre end 7 dages leje til leje i sidste øjeblik! Vi booker typisk ugentligt med lørdag som en skiftedato.

great condo

Great condo with well manicured gardens. The beach on the north side of the property feels like a private beach.

Weekend vacation

We love North Coast Village! The condo was nice and had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoyable our selves.

We will definitely be back!

Great condo, wonderful pool and hot tub. This condo has everything you need for a beach vacation. Chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards and ice chest with wheels! We absolutely loved the super-cool path to the beach. Our kids enjoyed feeding the koi fish. Laundry facilities, ping pong foosball, pool table, gym and more!! Would recommend this property for families who like to hang out together!! We have no complaints and will be back next year.

Oceanside View Value

Property was clean comfortable, but felt a little bit run-down (missing trim, cabinets in a bit of disrepair, beach umbrella broke on first use, towel holder loose/fell off, front door did not latch--had to use deadbolt, etc). Overall, a decent value for the location, etc. Nice beach access, pool, hot tub, etc.

Needs updating and a better cleaner

We got to the place after a long day of travel and the unit smelled really musky and moldy. We walked around and found moldy pillows in a wicker trunk and on the fans, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and sand on one of the beds. Tried calling the owners and no reply, spent three hours on the phone with VBRO and they finally put us up in a hotel for three nights, which cost us an extra $350.00 for parking. The place really needs to be updated with better furnishings and blackout curtains. Should also get better fans. After all that the owners were responsive.

Beach Condo

Needed to bring own bath soap and dish soap unfortunately. Should remove other people's used shampoos and toiletries and other items from the premises before new guests arrive and possibly supply some cute little NEW shampoos and soaps. Coffee pot was unusable, needed to be cleaned. Otherwise lovely location, beds are very comfortable, beautiful pool and grounds. Enjoyed the stay.

Nice place, great owners

The check in was not smooth and theCondo was not ready. Several factors caused this. The owners were on it! The HOA and security were the best. Several times others parked in our spot. The security found them and had them move. Not sure how they did that so quickly, but impressed. The condo was perfect for us. Very pleased.

Beautiful Grounds and Great Location

The grounds and location were great, loved the pool, spa, and gym. The unit itself is rather dated. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The last tenant didn't run the dishwasher and housecleaning didn't do it either - couldn't figure out what the smell was for a few days. I'm giving our stay 4 stars based on the overall experience however the unit itself would be 3 stars - needs to be updated.

Oceanside Condo

Great place to stay if you are visiting your family members who are stationed at Camp Pendleton. Just a short drive to San Diego and all it has to offer.

Great property

We really liked how close we were to the beach. The kids spent a lot of time at the pool. Hope to go back again!

Great location. Not luxurious by any means.

Affordable place at a great location. Parking was easy and close. The grounds and view was beautiful. The kids loved the pool. The condo itself was rather dated. The pullout bed was partially damaged so we bought a blowup air mattress, the owner was not aware and said he would fix it but still out the money for the air mattress. Was hoping owners would pay for it so we didn’t need to find space in our luggage. The ants were insane but I think it’s everywhere down there the complex said the spray every Friday. Overall it was affordable and a place to sleep while we enjoyed our family vacation.

Peaceful and comfortable

Clean, comfortable and quiet location in NCV. Well appointed unit and it had nice touches, like lots of reading material. Owners responded promptly to requests. We really appreciated this quiet get away.

Disappointing

I've stayed in North Coast Village several times and this was the first time I've been disappointed with my rental. Wireless info provided was incorrect and it required many calls and a visit from the service provider to get it straightened out. Furnishings were functional but could have used some attention -- towel rack was broken, screens were torn, drawers and shelves were cluttered with partially used items. Unit was missing some things I'd expect -- trash bags, soap for the shower, dishwasher detergent. All in all, adequate...but nothing that said, "Welcome to your vacation. Relax and enjoy...."

Old place

The place is not well maintained, kitchen is not well cleaned, impossible to use oven due to lack of hygiene, the constant smell of old place, no air conditioning, old linens , mattresses wait too uncomfortable and too short for tall guys; it's for kids ! TOILET PAPER SUPPLIED : 1 and a1/2 rolls for 8 days! Nasty mold around bathtub; GABINETS packed with junk stuff used for previous costumers and not removed. Definitely is NOT a place that we recommend!

Great place with great beach access

We enjoyed our stay and the property has everything you would need to make a great vacation. The pool is clean and not super busy and the beach is very accessible and great for swimming. Will be returning again.

Very disappointed

The directions to the unit were inadequate. Arriving at night, we had to find a motel room for the first night. The property manager did not answer the phone to help us find the “security station” We ran into three other couples the next day that were unable to locate the “security office” in the day light. The unit did not feel clean. The bathroom was dated and the floor board behind the toilet was rotten and the pipe rusted. There was NO TOILET PAPER! The mattresses were old and sagging. I had a neck and backache from having no support. The room needed dusting and the carpet did not appear to have been swept. The kitchen was adequate. The coffee maker was old and stained. There was a new coffee maker but it was not opened and washed. Only the upper lock worked on the door. My husband had to tighten the screws to make sure it would hold. The couch in the living room was the same as the mattresses…. Sagging and old. I would not recommend this unit to anyone and am going to seek a refund for at least the first night.

Some improvements needed

I have stayed multiple times in various properties throughout this complex. This condo is somewhat outdated. The couch was dirty with stains and the most uncomfortable I have ever sat on. The kitchen was missing a trashcan. Had to use a trashbag tied to the refrigerator door. Plenty of beach items, but this condo needs improvements. I'm sure that is the reason we were able to rent for such a reasonable rate. Overall we LOVE this complex though.

We recently purchased this as a vacation home and we love it so much we decided to share it with others as a rental when we aren't using it.

We looked at many units in the complex prior to purchasing and felt that this unit stood out for its location, cleanliness and upgrades. It is highly upgraded and modern inside. It is perfectly located on the south side of the complex which is warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer! Also, the unit is one of the quieter units to ensure a better nights rest!

We hope you are as impressed by the details as we are. Because this is our home we are very selective about the quality and quantity of renters.

The complex is very clean, well maintained and conveniently located to everything. The amenities are unparalleled in the area. The pools, spa, BBQ area, community rooms (including pool tables, foosball, and ping pong), gym and common areas are impeccable. They have wonderful room that can be reserved for special events like weddings, birthday parties or family reunions.

This unit is located close to the beach with a lovely view from the balcony and bedroom. The pool and other amenities a short jog, but not so close that noise would be an issue.
