Hi Amy, Thank you for your review and for reaching out to us directly with your concerns. We appreciate you bringing the dust beneath the sofa to our attention, and we’ve already followed up with our housekeeper to ensure this is addressed moving forward. Regarding the cookware, you mentioned in your email that there were no frying pans available. When we checked the cottage after your stay, we found all four frying pans stored in the cabinet with the rest of the cookware. We wanted to clarify this for future guests so they know the kitchen is fully equipped. We always encourage guests to contact us during their stay so we can address any issues right away and ensure a comfortable experience. Thank you again for your feedback.
