Newly remodeled House with water front view of Puget Sound and Des Moines Marina. Walking distance is 5 minutes down a path to the Des Moines Marina, Beach, Pier and Park. All new kitchen appliances. Brand new Master suite with bathroom and bedroom suite with French doors opens to wrap around porch with view of sound. House on private dead end road. Property is located just minutes to all major freeways. 20-30 minutes to either Seattle, Tacoma.

Perfect vacation spot

We didn't want to leave!! This was one of the best vacation homes we have stayed in. It was very clean and the view was amazing. We stayed busy exploring the sights, but it was always a treat to enjoy the rest of the day at the house. We saw bald eagles, watched the boats on the Puget Sound and enjoyed the amazing sunsets every evening. We also ventured down to the Des Moines Marina, pier and park below the property a few times. We hope to have the chance to stay here again in the future. Thank you Leonne for sharing your home. Our first trip to Washington was a vacation to remember!

Perfect place to rest, relax and recharge

This was an absolutely stunning property! Breath-taking views, amazing location, and the home itself was roomy, yet cozy, very clean and comfortable. The property owners we friendly and responsive, and the check in/out process could not have gone smoother. As amazing as this place looks on-line, the pictures don't do it justice, all expectations were surpassed!

Sunset paradise

Came with family to visit colleges in the area. This was a perfect spot in between Seattle and Tacoma. The sunsets each night were prefect, a short walk down the beach or a long walk along the creek made the days wonderful. The house was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The host was responsive and very kind. I would visit again!

Highly recommend - beautiful home and location!

We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again. The house is clean, comfortable and the views are unbelievable. The location is perfect for exploring all that the Seattle area has to offer while having a peaceful place to rest and relax while watching the sunset. Everything with the reservation was stress-free. The host is communicative and clear on instructions for staying in the home and respecting the neighborhood. I highly recommend staying here. You will not regret it!

Love the view

Perfect location if you want a fabulous view of Puget Sound. Nice to have 2 bathrooms with heaters for cool mornings! Excellent appliances if you wish to cook and/or do laundry. The location is at the end of the road (literally!) so wonderful privacy and very quiet. You can’t go wrong if you value all the above. We loved our stay and Leonemarine was the perfect responsive hostess.

Beautiful views!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was great & had plenty of room for our family of four. It was easy to get to and from the city and the airport. The views were great! Window coverings of some sort would be nice in the primary bedroom and living room as it got very hot in those rooms when the sun was beaming in. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Second stay

We stayed at this great home 3 years ago and loved it, so we were looking forward to another visit. It is just as perfect as it was the firat time. The views are outstanding and the location is very quiet and private with many places to visit easily accesible. The hosts are very hospitable and the ease of check-in and out was super! Beautiful location

This little house has a perfect view. It is very relaxing just to sit in the morning, have coffee, and look out over Puget Sound. The home is warm and inviting. The kitchen is modern. It has abundant updated features. It is an easy walk to the local beach. we would definitely come back and stay at this little piece of heaven again.

Gorgeous Views & Quiet Neighborhood!

From the great communications with Leone ahead of our visit, my husband, in-laws, and I had a fabulous stay at this beautiful waterfront property! The living room and kitchen follows an open area plan, with cute breakfast nook to boot. The master bedroom and bath are extremely spacious while the mattress made for some deep sleeps as well. The second bedroom is true to size for a guest room, but the bathroom has a lovely heated floor that makes it so comfortable! The kitchen has so many great appliances including a coffeemaker and twice as many cups/plates/cutlery that a family would ever need, as well as some helpful essentials (i.e., oil, spices, etc.). One drawback that made for some tricky mornings/afternoons was the lack of curtains or shades in the living room and master bedroom, as the reflection off of the water could be intense at certain times of the day. Overall, a great property to stay at and highly recommend!
