Lovely location

I’ve stayed at Papakea 9 times in the past 15+ years. This was a lovely location with a wonderful view.

Excellent stay

We enjoyed our time at this unit. Great location , beautiful views. This unit was equipped with everything we needed and more. Great communication with owner. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully decorated condo and great location!

This was an absolutely beautiful condo with great location and amenities. The view was breathtaking and everything was in close vicinity to our condo. We are so thankful to have stayed in such a beautiful place we hope to visit again someday!

Beautiful Location, but Lacking Essential Amenities.The location is absolutely wonderful, possibly one of the best condos in the entire Papakea Resort complex. It offers beautiful views of the ocean, the pool, and the lush tropical gardens.Unfortunately, the condo was not properly equipped to accommodate four people. I have stayed in many different condos over the years, so I have a clear understanding of what to reasonably expect.There were not enough coffee mugs, no large frying pan suitable for cooking for four people, and not enough towels. We actually had to supply our own towels and ended up leaving them behind. There were also no extra bed sheets available to change the bedding during our stay. I also recommend the pillows to be changed.These are basic essentials that should be provided in a vacation rental, especially one advertised for four guests.With its fantastic location and stunning views, this condo has the potential to be an excellent vacation rental. However, it really needs to be properly stocked with the necessary amenities to make guests feel comfortable and fully enjoy their stay.

Your reservation was made for three guests, rather than four, and our cleaning team prepares the condo with linens and towels based on the number of registered guests. We were not informed that an additional guest would be staying. Additional coffee mugs are available in the condo, and we would have gladly directed you to them. Likewise, had we known you needed additional towels or linens, we could have provided them. While we do not routinely provide a second set of sheets for a 10-day stay, we are always happy to assist with reasonable requests. We appreciate your feedback regarding the frying pan and pillows and will definitely follow up. We take pride in providing a comfortable, well-equipped vacation rental and regret that we didn’t have the opportunity to resolve these concerns while you were there. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can promptly address anything they may need.

Wonderful Vacation

This property was excellent! Great location and super clean, it had everything we needed. The beach chairs and umbrella were awesome. Owners were wonderful with getting back quickly with my questions. Thanks for making our 30th Anniversary memorable!

Fabulous location!

We loved being on the ground floor with a beautiful view of the ocean and sunsets! The pool was so close, but not a noise problem at all. The unit has everything you need and the owners were great with communication.

Papakea Views

This is a very nice updated condo. Very clean and well stocked with all you need for your stay, including Beach amenities. Nice view from Lanai. Restaurants and stores all within walking distance! Enjoyed our stay. Will be back?

Marvelous Maui Vacay

The cleanliness of the condo and all the information left for a visitor was absolutely amazing for a first time visitor of Maui! My wife and I also appreciated the attentiveness to the grounds crew always attending to making sure things were clean and running properly. This is the perfect location to the beach, local shops, and ideal for relaxing on vacation. Thanks to Marielle and Kris for sharing their beautiful condo experience with us!!

Beautiful Maui Escape

We came to Maui to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Our stay was absolutely perfect! We were close to the sea wall where we saw whales and watched the sun go down every night!! The pool was just outside our room where we enjoyed the hot tub every evening The room was stocked with everything we needed to make our stay convenient and comfortable. We will for sure be back!!

Nice Property

Good location on the ground level with view of ocean and close to pool and putting green. Patio is shady in morning and gets afternoon sun. Condo has a very well equipped kitchen and lots of beach supplies.

GREAT Location!

This condo was awesome! We are a family of 4. Our kids are older and slept on the pull out sofa. Very comfortable!! The air conditioning was a plus. All new appliances, nice furniture and decor. Great location to the pool and the ocean. We will definitely stay here again next trip to Maui!! Thank you~

Amazing location

This was the PERFECT place to spend two weeks watching the whales! You can see them jumping from the kitchen counter!!!!! The condo is in the best location in the complex. It is beautiful inside and has everything you could possibly want during your stay! Marielle was so quick to get back to us when we had a question. An fantastic experience in a incredible property! You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

Wonderful!

The condo and property were both perfect. This condo is an end unit with a fantastic view of the pool and ocean. The condo was filled with everything needed to enjoy our stay. The property and condo are both well kept. Mariette was great to work with and helped me navigate through all the changes due to covid.

Just what we needed!

Although we were there for work, it was also the perfect vacation. The unit was beautifully located, super clean and was stocked with everything that we could have ever needed. In addition to the sparkling ocean right there and the grocery, food trucks and restaurants just across the street, the Papakea complex offers water aerobics, lei making, yoga and even a mai tai night. We met many people that we will keep in touch with. Thanks Marielle and Kris!

Location and quality of the property was good overall, with patio access and beautiful view of the ocean. Only issue was that we found towels in the tub which had not been washed and put away prior to our arrival. This called into question whether anything had been washed at all, so we had to wash our pillowcases and sheets before we could sleep in them. But at least it was in-unit and we could wash our clothes before we left, so that kind of made up for it. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
