Papakea Resort is located at North Ka'anapali Beach and features 13 acres of lush landscaped grounds, fresh water koi ponds, 2 salt water swimming pools, 2 large spas, 12 gas BBQ's, 2 putting greens, 2 shuffleboard courts, 2 lit tennis courts, complimentary concierge services and a 24-hour front desk with plenty of open parking. The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, a farmer's market, a snorkel gear rental shop, gift shops and an ocean side park.

There are beautiful beaches within walking distance. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, turtle spotting, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, and whale watching (during whale season) from this ultimate Maui property. Effective July 1, 2025: There will no longer be a Resort Fee, and parking for the first vehicle will be free.
Current Resort Fee Details (until June 30, 2025): The Papakea Resort Fee is $25 per day and includes one parking permit. Any additional vehicles will incur an extra charge of $5 per day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival and is not managed by My Perfect Stays.

Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work. We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026. We have decreased rates during these dates to compensate for any inconvenience. ***

-Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
-To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
-Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
