Nice place

Very neat and nice home hade everything we neded for a family of five. Crabbing dock was super fun nice fishing spot our 11 year old cought a few sea trout 5 ft gator witch was a neat experience

Would book again!

Overall wonderful experience. The dock access was great for our family. It is too far from the beach to walk, but a very easy drive. Walking distance to the lake house pool. There are a lot of stairs. So if you have mobility issues, you do not want to stay here. My kids are 7 and 5, so it wasn’t an issue for us. The house could use a fresh coat of paint throughout the inside, but overall it was clean and seemed to be well maintained. This isn’t a luxury rental by any means, but it was perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location

We loved the screened patio, crabbing dock, neighborhood pool, furniture, ample towels, etc. It’s worth noting that this location has four levels so it was quite a few stairs, which I didn’t mind but the layout and multi levels might be an issue for some. We had some issues with the washing machine but contacted property management and hopefully that will be sorted out for future renters. The location is wonderful and marsh is so peaceful! We will definitely visit Seabrook again!

Loved this for our family

This place was great and as advertised. You will get a workout with all the stairs. We loved using the dock for crabbing. The view and the sunsets were amazing.

Great place that’s not to crowded.

Not too far from Charleston, good food in the area. Not a lot of kid friendly stuff in the area other than that it was great.

Quiet, comfortable marsh retreat

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The view was amazing! Enjoyed sitting on the patios anx watching the birds. Plenty of kitchen item, towels, bedding, and pillows. The bathrooms could use some updating though. Otherwise, a great stay!

Great Spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Seabrook Island and this location is perfect for watching sunsets. The condo was exactly as described. Nice furnishings and the back porch is a great outdoor retreat. Access to a dock on the marsh is an added bonus.

I would stay there again

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. It has all the essentials. The only thing I would recommend is an updated mattress in the 1st floor bedroom, it’s uncomfortable.

Never disappoints

Have stayed in several places on the island and none have disappointed me yet it is calm and quiet great place to relax and forget . The view from the balconies of the marsh and river were breathtaking and gorgeous. The kitchen had everything you need for a short stay. Place was clean and decorated well. Would stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Too much $ but a nice, quiet, safe place.

This place had nice awesome marsh views if you like that, both porches were great! The bathrooms and kitchen are super small and misleading in pics, however they work. The place needs a little overall attention to details and I’ve addressed that privately with Vacasa. I’d suggest they lower the price or fix the issues.

Incredible sunsets

We have been visiting Seabrook SC for about 20 years and have stayed on all sides of the island. We prefer the marsh side for the amazing variety of birds, including pink spoon bills, birds of prey, and countless others. Having a dock just outside the door was absolutely fantastic. The multi-level unit. 4 levels in all, was especially nice. Loved it. The steps involved might be a challenge for those with health issues, but for us, in our 60's, it was delightful. We are athletic and enjoyed the stairs. We are already planning to visit again! Fantastic views of the shrimp fleet and marsh. Sunsets incredible. Definitely recommend.

Marsh View

The view was awesome as well as the condo. Bring knives, cutting board, and a shot glass if you are making cocktails. The kitchen utensils were lacking. This is a Vacasa rental. If you have any issues, go to the local office. The National office was non-responsive both via phone and text. Our issues were minor, but the local office took care of them immediately once contacted. I’d go back to this condo but would bring my own kitchen utensils!!

Not a home suited for small children or elderly people

The furnishings are fairly new. The beds are pretty comfortable. Some Sheetrock works needs to be done in the bathrooms. The description states the home is 3 levels but it’s actually 4 levels with the Kitchen on the top floor. The wood stairs are extremely dangerous. A simple solution would be to add carpet runners. They state that the Kitchen is updated but actually it just has new appliances. The cabinets appear to be original. The view of the Marsh from the porch is stunning! We won’t be renting this property again because of the all the stairs. After vacationing at Seabrook for over 40 years, It was the worst experience we’ve ever had due to how Vacasa handled things.

Kitchen cabinets in bad condition. Wasn’t clear with amenity cards that they didn’t include indoor pool. Wouldn’t have been a big deal but it was rainy and cold on Wednesday. Drop off a problem for pool key since it didn’t fit!

Good getaway

We enjoyed the property but I’m glad my kids are older because the stairs would’ve been hard with babies! There are stairs to get in, then stairs to go up to second level then third level then fourth- each level having a living area. We loved the screened in porch. I would recommend new furniture on the porch and a queen bed for the 2nd bedroom. We never even sat in the living room and didn’t turn any of the TVs on. Lots of batteries missing we just gave up. Also need some light bulbs added. There were outlets not working in the second bedroom in the bathroom also. Small minor things we had a good stay and it was very clean. Most importantly we had great communication

Beautiful View, Subpar Rental

Beautiful View, Subpar Rental Pros: - Looks out over march and sunset views - Private dock for neighborhood - Walking Distance to Lakehouse (gym/pool/library) - but an fee is required to use - Local Seabrook Vacasa staff very responsive Cons: - Booked through VRBO, so got to pay booking fees to VACASA and VRBO. Lesson learned the hard way. Grrrr. - Marsh = bugs, but house windows have no screens - Washing machine AND dryer, both non- operational. Seabrook Island VACASA was very responsive and arranged to have new washer/dryer bought and installed when we informed them. However, they offered a small rebate for the week we went without washer and dryer, which did not materialize. - Bring EVERYTHING you may need. From coffee filters to counter cleaner to enough hangers.

Views Embody the Low Country

We stayed at this condo for a short girls' weekend. The location is incredible with breathtaking views of the marsh. The view from the back porch screams low country and is where we spent the majority of our time. The outdoor furniture is very nice and comfortable making the experience even better. Future renters should note that while the condo has undergone several renovations, there are several issues that still exist. The first one is the lack of utensils in the VERY small kitchen. There was one knife and no knife block, making it difficult to make meals in the kitchen. There are also many stairs: leading up to the front door, in the foyer to the second bedroom, the second bedroom to the living room, and then the living room to the kitchen. While this was not an issue for us, it could be an issue for people with small kids or older visitors. New mattresses are needed on the beds as they are very "soft" and you can feel the divots making it hard to sleep. Also, the pillows on the beds need to be replaced as they are very flat and uncomfortable. Sleep is paramount and it was not easily achieved with the beds / bedding / pillows at the condo. Finally, the curtains in the master bedroom need to be moved to the living room and the ones in the living room moved to the master bedroom. This may seem strange, but what this means is that there are black out curtains over the one living room window. The curtains in the master bedroom were gauzy and see through.

Peace and relaxation

We have been staying in the island the last few years in different places, and we have fallen I love with this area. The sunsets were amazing and so quiet. The house was very clean and had everything you could need. One of my most favorite places we have stayed.

Rental is lacking

The view of the marsh! I would not recommend this rental to anyone! Too old, not well maintained, no screens, some outlets didn’t work, no AC for 2 weeks, broken ironing board etc!
