NY LISTE !! Dette maleriske blå sommerhus på Guadalupe-floden (ingen flodudsigt fra hytten) mellem 2. og 3. krydsning på River Road i New Braunfels. Det indhegnede og indhegnede parti ligger på cirka 2 hektar med rigelig parkering og fyldt med saftige pecannetræer for masser af skygge. Der er 145 fods flodfront med dæk og en cementgang til flodeadgang. Huset har privat kul grill / picnic område lige bag hytten under et enormt pekantræ. Tube leje er kun få meter væk! Der er 3 huse på denne indhegnede ejendom, der deler floden adgang, Texas Star sover 14 og har udsigt over floden. Lige ved siden af Texas Star er Wagon Wheel med udsigt over floden og sover 14. Hvis du har en stor fest, så spørg venligst om de andre 2 huse.
Træd ind i hytten ind i solstuen med et spisebord med plads til 6 og har 2 dobbeltvogne (4 sovepladser). Den hyggelige stue har en sofa og 3 stole samt en dobbelt trille (2 sovepladser). Fuldt udstyret køkken med alle hjemmets bekvemmeligheder. Der er et spisebord i køkkenet med plads til 4. Det store soveværelse har en kingsize-seng og en fuld seng (4 sovepladser). Dette hjem har et komplet badeværelse med en dyb kombination af bruser. Dette hjem har satellit-tv og WiFi.
Ingen parter, ingen kæledyr, ingen rygning! Gæster skal være 25 år eller ældre for at foretage en reservation og skal bo på ejendommen i hele opholdets varighed. Dette hjem har en maksimal belægning på 10 gæster. Denne maksimale belægning må ikke overskrides på noget tidspunkt. Ingen gæster om dagen tilladt.
Huset er bekvemt placeret 15 minutter fra centrum af New Braunfels, den historiske Gruene og Schlitterbahn vandland. Shopping er kun 20 minutter væk i forretningsmarkederne i San Marcos. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and access to tubing. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of towels for all our guests. The only recommendation is to wash the comforters more frequently. The one on the king bed had a large stain on it as well as the matching pillow cases. The other sheets and white pillow cases were clean and fresh. Other than that, everything was comfortable and clean.

Cute Property

The property is cute and very conveniently located close to the river. We were disappointed that the property didn’t seem to have been cleaned very recently. The beds were a mixed bag of ok or not very comfortable specifically the smaller bed in the bedroom and the one in the living room they were very hot like not breathable. The a/c worked great though, they also provide a box fan in case you need it. Lots of pillows and extra blankets are provided. My favorite part was they provided P L E N T Y of towels, there was 7 of us for basically 3 days and we were perfectly covered. The kitchen is pretty well equipped. We grilled all our bigger meals and the grill was in ok condition but it got the job done.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home needs many maintenance improvements. The doors don’t close and jam. The handrail on the back porch was broken and rotten. The home had funky smell when we arrived. The bed sheets and comforters in the master room were dirty. There were no cleaning supplies available to clean up. We had to buy them or make due. We spent most our time out doors so the cold a/c was nice to return to. Over all we would not stay here again.

You will NOT have a good signal at all (not the house’s fault, they tell you ahead of time) so bring a radio or have music saved on your phone. Don’t get me wrong, I am not complaining! The house was what we needed! Just a heads up for any future users! Enjoy!!

Floated the river all afternoon watching the ducks and several turtles looking for people food. There was great shade under a large pecan tree by the cabin with the grill and deck. Will be back!

Nights were very hot and uncomfortable in the house. If your AC freezes when you go below that the. Get a new AC unit!! Will not book that place ever again

If someone messed with he thermostat and set a program that would not allow it to go under 74 we do apologize.
