This Lake House was perfectly set up. It’s fully equipped with everything you need for a weekend stay. I LOVE to cook and the kitchen has everything you need to cook or BBQ. All the beds were so comfortable we all slept great. Being able to just walk right down to the water and fish was simply Amazing. The game room was an added Bonus that we all enjoyed. It was a very cozy relaxing weekend. I will book this lake house again in the very near future.

The propane capsule, even though there were two of them, was empty, and the facilities were really limited for this property, along with very strict regulations.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the propane, we did message you prior to arrival and it is also clearly stated in the rental agreement that propane tanks may be empty and can be refilled at the guest’s expense if needed. As for the facilities and regulations, these are accurately described in the listing to ensure guests can decide if the property is a good fit before booking. We appreciate your comments and will continue to use feedback like this to improve communication and the guest experience.

Perfect River spot

We had the best time here! The fenced yard was great for our 2 pups. The deck was a perfect hangout spot. We took advantage of corn hole game and the pool table. Everything was perfectly clean and the kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, silverware and utensils. The location on the river was perfect and beautiful. We fished and kayaked and really had the best time. We will be back!

Family Christmas

This was a great property for our family! We spent our Christmas here as our oldest son could not come home for the holidays so we came to New Braunsfels! We are a fishing family and loved this home …we fished off the dock and caught, bass, trout and sunfish. The house was clean the beds we super comfortable and the showers were great. My family and I felt like we were at home. Thank you for allowing us to stay
