This new apartment of 40 m2, on the ground floor and facing the sea, can accommodate 2/4 people. It consists of an entrance, a bedroom with 1 queen-size double bed 160 and dressing room, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. A 21m2 living room with lounge: convertible sofa for 2 people, flat screen TV, open and equipped kitchen. You also benefit from a 16m2 equipped terrace overlooking the garden of the residence, with a magnificent view of the ocean and the Ile de Ré. Shops and restaurants 50m away, beach in front of the residence. At your disposal free of charge, a private parking space allowing you to put one vehicle per apartment. Please note that there are no visitor places available. You also benefit from low-speed Wi-Fi access. A 4G box is available for hire (€40/week). Animal admitted without supplement.
