From our very first inquiry into this home, the process and results have been excellent. The host is responsive and always ready to lend a hand and answer questions. He was gracious and kind.The location was perfect for us. This home more than Met all of our needs. It was comfortable well stocked and furnished with style and class. It provided us with all the information as to the home, city, sites, transportation, and dining that we could ever have hoped. In the end when we return, we will again stay in this home.

This property has everything you’d want in a rental - great Eastern Market/Capitol Hill location, spacious and clean, well-stocked kitchen/bathrooms and super comfy beds! I would not hesitate to book this beautiful home again.

Wonderful!

Superb property. Immaculately clean and well furnished. The neighborhood is lovely and safe and close to all Capitol Hill attractions, metro, retail, restaurants, etc. Christopher was a great host and very responsive during the booking process. Will definitely look forward to renting this unit again in the future!

Great spot!

It is a clean and well maintained, sunlight filled home on a quiet street within easy walking distance to the Capitol building. We all enjoyed our stay there. We would stay there again!

Wonderful home

Nice Neighborhood - Good Base for DC

Washington DC Visit

My sister and I spent 6 nights staying at this beautiful home. It is central to everything that we wanted to do. Just about everything was within a 2-3 miles radius with most places within 1 mile. The home is clean and nice and we had no issues. The host, Chris, was wonderful and very helpful when we needed him.

Great location and property

Perfect for a visit to the Capitol and Smithsonians. Both within easy walking distance. Bonus was proximity to Eastern Market parking, shops, coffee, markets, etc. Host was responsive and helpful. Good value, will use again if available.

Great location and lovely place

We had a great stay at this very conveniently located Capitol Hill condo. It was comfortable, clean, quiet and really nicely appointed. Chris, the owner, was incredibly responsive and very nice. I would recommend it highly, especially for anyone who is interested in visiting the museums on the mall.

Great duplex and great neighborhood

Everything we could have wanted. Super clean, easy walkable neighborhood, nice little sitting area out the front door elevated off the sidewalk. Chris was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

This property is extremely well located, walking distance from the Capitol and Mall. The neighborhood is very quiet. The property is well appointed. Top appliances, very clean, well decorated, everything well stocked-up. Parking is easy nearby. Will definitely recommend.

Modern classy condo, great location!

My folks and I stayed for a few days in this beautiful condo. Nicely decorated with lots of thoughtful touches. The location is perfect for walking to the Capitol and other DC sights. Over the weekend I found street parking easily right in front. Friendly communication with the owner. We appreciated our time there. I highly recommend!

Great, quiet stay

We had a great stay in Eastern Market. Chris made sure we got in okay and was available and very responsive throughout the stay. The house was very spacious, clean, and well stocked, especially the kitchen. Living area was very comfy. Grocery (Trader Joe's) and Eastern Market metro were about a 10 minute walk away. We were there with our 8 month old and 2.5 year old kids and stairs were not a problem at all.

Beautiful house

This house was perfect. It's in a lovely neighborhood very near the Library of Congress, and within walking distance to Eastern Market and the Washington Mall. The house itself is very pretty, updated, with lots of things to make your stay easier like toiletries and laundry supplies. The TV is nice and big, and logged into streaming services. We enjoyed our stay here very much and had no issues at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully renovated townhouse in a great location

This is a recently renovated townhouse in a perfect location for sightseeing in DC, about a 10-minute walk to the Eastern Market metro and about 15 minutes to the Capitol. The property has nice high ceilings, hardwood floors, and lots of natural light. The living room with a view of the street is a great place to relax after a day of walking the Mall or touring museums. Our host, Chris, made check-in and check-out very easy and kept in touch throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

This is an elegant two bedroom, two and a half bath, two story unit with a completely renovated kitchen containing brand new stainless steel appliances. There is also a queen size air mattress, for a total of up to six guests (no more than four adults). The space is ideal for working remotely, with incredibly fast Fios WiFi (speeds up to 1000 Mbps) and two comfortable and bright office areas. The deck, large kitchen, and in-unit washer/dryer also make the home perfect for extended stays, which are heavily discounted.

The unit is fully equipped:
• Premium sheets, blankets, towels, toiletries, and laundry supplies
• In-unit washer and dryer
• Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and much more
