The condo was nice. We loved the location. The communication with the property manager gets negative stars if that was an option.

Very nice,on the water,close to downtown, 1 block away. Would suggest to anyone. Great price! Quick to respond!

Perfect location

We have stayed at various rentals in the downtown Wilmington area, and this one has been by far the best one we have been in. Convenient location comfortable king size bed, great views.

What a view!

Place was great! Property management was great! View is breathtaking. If you have any issues at all, Gene, the property owner is happy to jump in and help fix! 10/10 would stay here again.

Wilmington stay

Nice place with convenient location and great view. Check in was difficult and loading area not adequate for multiple arrivals.

Beautiful view from 702. Looks directly out onto Battleship. Check in was easy. The place was nice and clean but a little dated. Had a great few days exploring Wilmington

Wonderful getaway

Enjoyed using this lovely condo to explore Wilmington and the surrounding areas. Beautiful view of the Cape Fear River right from our balcony. Be sure to watch the breathtaking sunsets! So many restaurants and shops that are steps away.

We stayed for one night and really enjoyed the space overall—I’d give it an 8/10. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location with a beautiful view. The host also had a message board inside with a personal welcome, which was a really thoughtful touch. The only downsides were the overwhelming amount of communication (I received 13 messages between text and email in less than 24 hours, which was a lot to keep up with while traveling), and the difficulty with unlocking the door—it took a few tries to get in and ultimately ended up needed to contact the owner for entry. Also, parking is in a garage about a block and a half away, and the designated unloading zone only has one spot. If it’s taken, you have to wait, which can be a bit inconvenient, especially if you are close to the check out time and not unwanting any late check out fees. Overall, though, it was a great stay and I would recommend it with a few heads-ups!

Excellent location

The view is unbelievable. You look directly at the USS. North Carolina battleship. the location was great for what we were doing exploring downtown. There are plenty of restaurants right outside the front door. Pictures are 100% accurate. Parking is about a block and a half away but was simple to use with the directions provided. Will be back again

Great location except for parking

The location was great, very near the heart of everything like restaurants and great view of river and street below from balcony. Kitchen very small but everything you need is there. Bedroom had king size bed and closet. Entry was not easy if you’ve never used the lockly lock. Actually it was a difficult process. Biggest complaint, parking was two blocks away! Walking back and forth with items was a pain.

Great condo & Location, but strict Property Manager that requires too much communication.

I only stayed one evening. The condo is in a wonderful location with fantastic views. Spacious and nicer than a hotel. I especially appreciated the strong A/C and comfortable bed in a dark bedroom!! Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy our experience to the fullest because of the management company. Day of, they require A LOT of texting - I assume most people would be driving as I was. You have to let them know your ETA and they don't send any check-in info until that exact time. All access info should be provided by check-in at 3:00. At 3:15 we were waiting on the street sending endless texts and calls. They also required us to send ID information which we were not called for in advance. We also had to confirm how many were in our party as if we lied on the reservation. They asked us to confirm via text once we were in the apartment. Starting at 9AM, we were getting text reminders to check out by 10 and again asked to confirm once we had left. I own a rental property that I have rented on this site for 12 years. I don't expect my guests to do nearly this much work. It is completely unnecessary, annoying, and unsafe while driving. Streamline the process so guests can enjoy the property and their trip!

Beautiful but loud

We were looking forward to a quiet night, but between the banging upstairs, music and nightlife outside, it was anything but. The property and view were beautiful.

Great location!

Comes as described. Amazing location and well maintained condo. One thing to note parking is about two-three blocks from the location. You’re able to park in the loading zone to unload and the garage you park at is in the heart of a ton of restaurants and bars and shops. So again far from a deal breaker. The location is right off the boardwalk with a wonderful view of the water. Would for sure stay again!

Great location with perfect view of the Cape Fear River and Battleship North Carolina

Condo is conveniently located on the riverfront in downtown Wilmington. Great restaurants and bars in walking distance. Parking is in a nearby parking deck (2 blocks). Condo was clean and quiet. Owner is very responsive.

Great spot!

We loved staying here. The view of the river, and the battleship was awesome. Catch it during an amazing sunset and you’ll have awesome pictures! Everything was walking distance that we needed, Wilmington is a cute little town. The unit was clean, and the host was very prompt at replying anything we needed. I will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Time

This property is awesome! It was very clean and comfortable. It has an amazing view of the waterfront and battleship, and it’s within walking distance of some of Wilmingtons best restaurants!
