Loved the location. Walkable to everything and the beach is just down the street. Great food option around as well as tons of shopping. Parking was definitely a bonus and extremely easy to get to. Would say less than a 5 min walk. Loved having a balcony to enjoy for the morning sunrise . Would definitely rebook here.

Lovely and clean. Close to all amenities. Bed in master was too soft and difficult to get out of. Otherwise it’s very nice. Big shower was great.

Very nice for a couple

Third floor with pleasant street view from a great balcony. Quiet street just a short walk to restaurants, beach, and bus stop.

Great!

The property was clean and conveniently located. It’s a short walk to the beach and to restaurants and shops. Overall the place was great!

Great location in Waikiki

Great little place walking distance to everything Waikīkī. Free parking a couple blocks away, easy in/out, saves a lot of money. Safe and convenient area, close to anything needed.

Great Stay In Central Location

Management was very responsive. Room was well-stocked and clean. Nice lanai for hanging out in the evenings while the kid was asleep. We will definitely stay here again!

Loved our home away from home. Had coffee and breakfast on the large lanai every morning and could view the Friday fireworks perfectly from this vantage point. We strapped on the supplied beach chairs and headed to the beach, a short 10 minute walk. So much to do within a 15-20 minute walk - Waikiki Beach, International Marketplace, shopping, and restaurants. We also didn’t have the hassle of trying to find parking, like others in our group of friends had to do. Would rent again.

Fantastic!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The condo is in perfect location, with lots of places within walking distance. The host (Paul) was very cordial and welcoming. It was a great experience for us!

Wonderful Condo in Waikiki

We really enjoyed our stay at the Regency. It was good size and a great location. The view from the lanai was cool. The street has a good vibe to it. Close to the beach, great restaurants and stores. We will be staying here again the next time we visit Waikiki.

Wonderful!

We loved everything about our stay , from the easy check-in and checkout, to being in an excellent location. Having a parking spot included with the condo was a lifesaver. We will definitely be back!

Great location

Our family recently stayed and this location. Condo was in a great location. Walking decent to lots of restaurants, shops and the beach. Condo was clean and came with the essentials. Also had bench chair and an umbrella which was super beneficial.

Check in process was very easy. Paul, the manager, was available and he answered my calls and questions. The location is perfect. Walking distance to everything. The beach is just down the street and there are restaurants as close as when you get out of the condo. The unit was spotless, spacious and comfortable. Loved the balcony just to sit down and chill. There are beach chairs and cooler available in the unit. Lastly, the free parking was awesome to have. The parking lot is very close and there is even a sidewalk you can cut through to get there in 5 minutes walking. I would definitely rent and stay in this place again.

Home away from home!

Great space in a great location. GREAT lanai space! Comfy bed, clean bedding and towels, nice big shower with no hot water issues. A little rough around the edges, not as new and shiny as the pictures but no deal breakers. Walkable to everything Waikiki and tons of restaurants. Decent kitchenette. We made breakfasts and packed some lunches on road trip days. The free parking was a quick walk away and secure. We would definitely rent here again. The 3 stars for cleanliness is only because the upholstered furntire needs cleaning, the rest was fine.
