Great space in a great location. GREAT lanai space! Comfy bed, clean bedding and towels, nice big shower with no hot water issues. A little rough around the edges, not as new and shiny as the pictures but no deal breakers. Walkable to everything Waikiki and tons of restaurants. Decent kitchenette. We made breakfasts and packed some lunches on road trip days. The free parking was a quick walk away and secure. We would definitely rent here again. The 3 stars for cleanliness is only because the upholstered furntire needs cleaning, the rest was fine.

Excellent apartment within easy walking distance of everything in Waikiki

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment which had everything we needed and was exactly as described. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable and we particularly enjoyed having the balcony which we sat on every morning and evening. The location is fantastic, being minutes walk from Waikiki Beach and from all the shops and restaurants, but never seemed overly noisy. We also had a hire car so that we could enjoy all of the island and the included parking access to a nearby car park was great. It was really close and we had a pass so that we could come and go as we pleased. Our property manager, Paul, was also excellent, making all the logistics very easy and giving great service the one time we had a small problem. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Waikiki or Oahu in general.

Week at Waikiki Beach

Great location! Free parking is a huge bonus, and was very close. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony for our meals. Unit was clean. Noticed it could use a few repairs (leaky bathroom faucet, kitchen ceiling fan didn't work (could be user error :-). Noticed a musty odor in living room at times. Would stay at this location again!

Fantastic!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The condo is in perfect location, with lots of places within walking distance. The host (Paul) was very cordial and welcoming. It was a great experience for us!

Great location

Our family recently stayed and this location. Condo was in a great location. Walking decent to lots of restaurants, shops and the beach. Condo was clean and came with the essentials. Also had bench chair and an umbrella which was super beneficial.

Wonderful Vacation

Lovely condo in good location (if you like action and accessibility to beach, shopping, restaurants. If you are seeking a quiet area, this might not be for you, as the streets and beaches are very busy.) Would like to have some spices as we cooked in the unit every night. Otherwise kitchen is well stocked.Would consider staying again. Thank you!Would happily stay again. Thank you!

Wonderful!

We loved everything about our stay , from the easy check-in and checkout, to being in an excellent location. Having a parking spot included with the condo was a lifesaver. We will definitely be back!

Great location in Waikiki

Great little place walking distance to everything Waikīkī. Free parking a couple blocks away, easy in/out, saves a lot of money. Safe and convenient area, close to anything needed.

One block to the beach and restaurants + shopping. Property has everything you need: chairs, beach toys, umbrella and the huge deal for us was free parking one block away- we could come and go as we pleased- many of the parking lots at hotels you pay a bundle daily and then pay again if you take the car out on the same day. Kitchen was stocked except I didn't see any frying pans (unless if I missed them)- I'm sure if I called management they would've ran one over right away. They were very accommodating!

Great location

Located centrally and walking distance from the beach and many restaurants. There's several restaurants/cafes with glutenfree options closeby. Apartment's not very big, but large enough for a couple. Appreciated beach chairs and umbrellas. Shower could've been a bit cleaner, but otherwise no complaints. Saw no bugs during our stay. The only downside for us was the narrow bed and the noise during the night. There's a fair amount of street noise, trash getting emptied etc. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Located in Heart of Waikiki close to beach resturants and shops

A few issues with phone line and communication, but overall a nice place to stay if you want to be in the heart of Waikiki. We walked to Walmart/Target in 25 min, lots of places to eat, shop and close to several beaches all within 10 min walk. Staff in Hotel is AAA, very helpful and friendly. Would stay again in a heart beat and recon to anyone looking for a nice place. Lots of dishes, pots and pans, beach items and over 100 TV stations for those wanting to just relax after a day at the beach

Wonderful Condo in Waikiki

We really enjoyed our stay at the Regency. It was good size and a great location. The view from the lanai was cool. The street has a good vibe to it. Close to the beach, great restaurants and stores. We will be staying here again the next time we visit Waikiki.

Winter in Honolulu

Location is close to the beach and everything we wanted to walk to! The condo had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. Lots of storage. Communication regarding check-in along with our keys expiring unexpectendly after a couple of days into our stay could easily be improved. Overall a wonderful stay and we would recommend it to others.

Great location and good size apartment

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect. Size of the apt was spacious for a family of 3. Only issue we had was checking in at night. We called the PM as soon as picked up our luggage then we were told the suite door was not locked so we should be able to get in the building. However, when we got there. we could not get in the bldg as it was after 9pm and no one was at the front desk. We had to call the PM and waited at least 30 mins or longer to check in. Other than this, everything else was great.
