First of all, this is NOT the top floor of the Ilikai. There are 25 floors plus the penthouse and this unit is on the 20th floor. Immediately we noticed a broken fan, chair, electrical outlet, safe, and shower door. Later we found out the oven was broken and the answer I received was “we replaced with air fryer.” It had a set of knives, but no cutting board, absolutely no starters for cooking—not even salt and pepper. Mixed Tupperware with non-matching lids. Running the air fryer and electric kettle at the same time tripped a breaker. Any communication with owner and maintenance man took at minimum 12 hours for a response. TV had limited access to where you couldn’t watch anything outside of Prime Video and typical hotel cable—standard these days has availability for guests to at least log into their own Hulu, Netflix, etc, but you couldn’t do that and you couldn’t even mirror your phone, so unfortunately for us as big baseball fans, we couldn’t watch any games other than on our phones. Screws on the lock for the sliding door to the lanai were falling out after a few uses. Later of dust inside dish cabinets. Dishwasher and not even starter dishwashing tabs or fluid. No ice tray. No beach chairs or anything to use like most condos there include. Closet had hangers, but it was stuffed with cleaning supplies, so you couldn’t hang anything without it being on top of a dirty vacuum or sweeper. Black chunks kept coming out of the iron. Extremely disappointed in this listing.
