Located right in the heart of town on a pedestrian street highly sought after for its tranquility (Rue Villa Domas), in a charming 19th-century building (exposed beams, cement tiles, etc.) that has been recently renovated. <br>Ideal location for business or leisure travel: a 2-minute walk from the Antony train station, which connects to downtown Paris via the RER B line in 20 minutes (Louvre Museum, Notre-Dame).<br><br>Accommodation<br>The studio, ideal for a couple or a single person, is fully equipped: the bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, a large mirrored closet, and a shoe rack, all available for guests’ use. There is also a recliner and a bookshelf with various guidebooks on Paris and the surrounding region. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator (with a freezer compartment), a Senseo coffee maker, a kettle for tea, and a small breakfast table. Bathroom (shower and sink). Separate toilet.<br>Bedding and towels provided. Welcome kit: Senseo coffee capsules, tea bags, oil, salt, pepper, and sugar.<br>Underground parking available (for an additional fee).<br><br>Guest access<br>From Antony Station, it’s a direct 25-minute trip to Gare du Nord, Massy TGV Station in 7 minutes, Orly Airport in 8 minutes (via the Orlyval), and Charles de Gaulle Airport in 50 minutes. By car, from Antony, there is direct access to the A6 and A10 highways and the A86 highway loop. Antony is also accessible via National Road N20. The Antony RER C station is a 15-minute walk away and offers direct service to the Palace of Versailles. Studio located right in the city center, overlooking a pedestrian street highly sought after for its tranquility. Located near shops (a bakery and supermarket 100 meters away, open until 8:00 p.m.), the large Antony market—well-known throughout the region—and high-quality restaurants just 50 meters away (sushi, Italian, Lebanese). Close to essential services: Movie theater 200 m away, pharmacy 20 m away, emergency room/hospital 200 m away, fire station and police station nearby. <br><br>Nearby points of interest: Sceaux Park, just 5 minutes away, featuring a museum, walking paths, and a 10-km fitness trail for running. The Palace of Versailles is a 15-minute drive or 30 minutes by RER. Chateaubriand’s house in Châtenay-Malabry is a 10-minute drive away. The owners live on another floor in the same building and can therefore easily provide assistance if needed (late-night check-in/check-out available, emergency help, recommendations for things to do, wine recommendations for our American guests, laundry, etc.—all for an additional fee). We speak French and English.
