Location and pool are great. Really appreciated how dog friendly it is. All of the bathrooms are in serious need of renovation and an extra living space would be helpful instead of the interesting bedroom/combo on the first floor. Most properties in Sea Pines provide extra beach chairs and the kitchen needs to have real coffee mugs and cocktail glasses. The extra refrigerator downstairs was a nice touch.

Thank you for your feedback & for staying with us! We’re glad you enjoyed the location, pool, and dog-friendly accommodations. The bathroom flooring was updated this past spring, and we appreciate your additional comments regarding the vanities and showers. We’ll also be taking a look at the kitchen inventory to make sure there is a good selection of traditional coffee mugs and cocktail glasses available for future guests. The first-floor space is intentionally designed as a flexible sleeping and sitting area, allowing the home to accommodate larger groups while still providing an additional place to relax and play. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts and hope you enjoyed your time in Sea Pines!

Family Fun in Hilton Head

Our adult children and their little ones joined us for a fabulous week. Coming back to Hilton Head and renting in Sea Pines was an absolutely delightful experience. The location to the beach was fabulous and the large private pool was exceptional. The house was clean and the kitchen/pantry was fully equipped! Our location was so close to Salty Dog And Harbor-town! We look forward to returning in upcoming years!

Fall break

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay for fall break. We had a large party - 2 adults and 12 high school students. Everyone had a comfortable bed, including the nook area. It was a little odd having the kitchen on the 2nd floor, especially when carrying groceries in the house. Living room was great for socializing, but that's the only space for the group to hang out. Pool was fantastic, in hindsight we would have heated the hot tub. 2nd row location was great, short walk to the beach path. You can see the ocean from the kitchen and living room. Ice maker did NOT work in the kitchen (main fridge), which was a huge inconvenience with 12 HS boys. Downstairs ice maker worked, but all activity was on 2nd floor. Biggest complaint was that we did not have access to garage. We had 12 bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, golf clubs, ets. With the rainy weather, it would have been nice to have access to the garage (there is no carport or covered area). It also made packing/unpacking the car a wet experience. Coastal Home & Villa was fantastic to work with. Seamless process and excellent communication.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 14 Days in this house. We were very pleased with the amount of room in sleeping areas. The beds are awesome. High quality mattresses and sheets. The AC in such a large house worked great. The pool area is really nice and very large. We are a cook every night family so we really enjoyed the well stocked kitchen. Do not plan to grill very much the grill is way to small for such a large house. The distance to the beach is so convenient. It is pet friendly but you would never know that dogs have been there.

Wonderful vacation getaway for medium to large families

Great property, and responsive management. Spacious home with lots of great areas, especially loved the big pool and apron area. Super quick walk to beach and short walk or bike ride to Sea Pines beach club area.

Family adventure in Sea Pines

The house was perfect. Gorgeous view from the living room and the bedrooms. Very close to a very private beach. Our kids loved the pool. They spent so much time swimming. It was heated to the perfect temperature. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location second row from beach with partial ocean views from deck. Excellent heated pool in fenced compound and open floor plan. Property manager is accessible and responsive. Easy biking to shops and and restaurants.

Perfect location for adults and kids!

Loved the home and its location close to the beach! The bunk room was perfect for our 10-12yr kids and they loved the pool. The kitchen was well stocked and the additional refrigerator downstairs was perfect for drinks. The house was pretty clean; only objection was the floors need a good scrubbing… the kids’ feet were black on the bottom! Would definitely stay here again 😎

Great location & pool

We loved being able to ride our bikes to the beach. The pool was perfect. We wish the kitchen was a little larger. We had issues with the washing machine. All in all, great property for vacation.

Great location, beach very close

This house has a fantastic location. Car passes easy to get as we needed one extra. The location is private, the house was as advertised. Mattresses were very comfortable and dishes supplied plentiful. The pool was the nicest, well heated pool we've had in Hilton Head. It worked exactly as it should no issue.
