Location and pool are great. Really appreciated how dog friendly it is. All of the bathrooms are in serious need of renovation and an extra living space would be helpful instead of the interesting bedroom/combo on the first floor. Most properties in Sea Pines provide extra beach chairs and the kitchen needs to have real coffee mugs and cocktail glasses. The extra refrigerator downstairs was a nice touch.

Thank you for your feedback & for staying with us! We’re glad you enjoyed the location, pool, and dog-friendly accommodations. The bathroom flooring was updated this past spring, and we appreciate your additional comments regarding the vanities and showers. We’ll also be taking a look at the kitchen inventory to make sure there is a good selection of traditional coffee mugs and cocktail glasses available for future guests. The first-floor space is intentionally designed as a flexible sleeping and sitting area, allowing the home to accommodate larger groups while still providing an additional place to relax and play. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts and hope you enjoyed your time in Sea Pines!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 14 Days in this house. We were very pleased with the amount of room in sleeping areas. The beds are awesome. High quality mattresses and sheets. The AC in such a large house worked great. The pool area is really nice and very large. We are a cook every night family so we really enjoyed the well stocked kitchen. Do not plan to grill very much the grill is way to small for such a large house. The distance to the beach is so convenient. It is pet friendly but you would never know that dogs have been there.

Wonderful vacation getaway for medium to large families

Great property, and responsive management. Spacious home with lots of great areas, especially loved the big pool and apron area. Super quick walk to beach and short walk or bike ride to Sea Pines beach club area.

Family adventure in Sea Pines

The house was perfect. Gorgeous view from the living room and the bedrooms. Very close to a very private beach. Our kids loved the pool. They spent so much time swimming. It was heated to the perfect temperature. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location second row from beach with partial ocean views from deck. Excellent heated pool in fenced compound and open floor plan. Property manager is accessible and responsive. Easy biking to shops and and restaurants.

Perfect location for adults and kids!

Loved the home and its location close to the beach! The bunk room was perfect for our 10-12yr kids and they loved the pool. The kitchen was well stocked and the additional refrigerator downstairs was perfect for drinks. The house was pretty clean; only objection was the floors need a good scrubbing… the kids’ feet were black on the bottom! Would definitely stay here again 😎

Great location & pool

We loved being able to ride our bikes to the beach. The pool was perfect. We wish the kitchen was a little larger. We had issues with the washing machine. All in all, great property for vacation.

Great location, beach very close

This house has a fantastic location. Car passes easy to get as we needed one extra. The location is private, the house was as advertised. Mattresses were very comfortable and dishes supplied plentiful. The pool was the nicest, well heated pool we've had in Hilton Head. It worked exactly as it should no issue.

Wedding trip

The property was pretty much as advertised. Great location, pool and whirlpool were fantastic. Property manager communications were excellent. We had a door lock issue that was resolved immediately. Only negative aspect of entire experience was that the couches in the main tv room were totally shot, zero seated support.

Great Vacation Place

This is a great vacation home. Plenty of space for the family, including our dog. The house is very nice. The dimmable lighting was a great feature as we brought my mother and was able to leave lights on for her without bright lighting. The pool and hot tub was amazing. We were there mid October and the pool and hot tub were very warm and comfortable. It was a very short walk to a beautiful beach. The ocean is visible from the deck between the houses across the street. The WiFi was good, allowing 3 of us to online game together with minimal lag. The grill was a Weber and worked great. We had a rental chair from Vay K Gear break and it was replaced the next morning. We wer very happy with this rental and are talking about renting this house again. Very happy!
