Round 2

We were excited to return this year for round 2 staying in this great home. We enjoyed the view from the kitchen window and patio! We so enjoyed the pool, the home and time together with family! THE only reason we didn't give it an "Excellent" rating, is that the floors throughout the house were really very dirty. We all had new, clean white socks for the trip and after walking around the house our first evening, they were dark grey on the bottom. The littles even had dark grey on their bare feet that evening.

Needs some major cleaning

The house is conveniently located behind one of the pools and it had a nice views where we can keep an eye on our kids while in water. House offered a lot supplies that we needed for our trip, that was really great, however all kitchen items very very dirty, we had to wash ourself. Our biggest complaint is cleanliness of the whole house, from all bedrooms to floors, beds, jacuzzi, kitchen. We found socks and so many miscellaneous items in bedrooms, carpet is extremely dirty, sofa couches, tiles. We like to walk without shoe in the house to find our feet dark dirty in a minute. This is nothing against owners but a cleaning company that they use and not doing their job. We paid house cleaning and house fee for this property and for what, for us to clean ourself, just check the bottom of the house vacuum 🤯🤬,this house needs a major deep cleaning if you want a excellent review for the price you are renting. I would not recommend this property again or stay in ever again for the price we paid, very disappointed.

Paradise Village 115 review

The house was well laid out and big with a lot of fun things for the kids and grandkids. A new hot tub, bikes, ping pong table, video games and TVs with many viewing options. However, there were ants in the bathrooms and the beds. The sheets and pillowcases had a musty odor like they had been wet for a long time before they were placed in the dryer. The carpet around the house also looked stained and old.

Very Good

We had a great time there & would definitely recommend this house to friends. Very convenient location close to accessing the pool. We were there during 102 + degree heat and the air conditioning worked great!

Large Family gatherings

Beautiful home. Beautiful area. Fun, safe pools for our 8 grandkids under 8 years old. Lots of room for our family of 18 to be together, but individual spaces for us to spread out too.

We LOVED our stay there!

We loved everything about this house while we stayed there! It was just absolutely a dream come true vacation spot! The bedrooms were large, nicely decorated and spread out from each other. It was like we had "our wing" and our daughter and her family had "their wing" giving each of us lots of privacy! The bathrooms were large and clean! The kitchen and living room were soooo spacious and the kids really enjoyed having room to run around and play. We were amazed and deeply grateful for the well-stocked kitchen - the appliances were good appliances! Oh my goodness, the windows and the views of the pool! The patio was just perfect! The seats, the table and being able to easily reach forgotten pool items through the fence! The bicycle pump was heaven sent! We all felt it very, very hard to leave! The only drawback was that the family room carpet and couches were really dirty and in need of a deep cleaning, BUT it showed us how much others had been enjoying the space! CANNOT wait to come back next year!

Great family get away

This home was wonderful. Great proximity to the activity pool. Love that the back deck can see the activity pool. The couches in the living room were not the most comfortable and very hard to get off of once you sat down, especially for elderly people. Also would love more places to hang up drying towels and wet swim suits. Most rental places only have 1 towel rod in each bathroom. But with so many kids and people swimming multiple times a day a couple extra hanging options would be very useful. Other than that our stay was wonderful. Will probably book again!

Best Place

We loved staying in Paradise Village. The amenities are top notch. The house was clean and well stocked. It was wonderful for our family. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.

We did enjoy our stay but there were a few issues with the cleanliness when we arrived. There was chewed up gum on the stairs that go up to the rooftop patio. There were like cookie sprinkles on the floor in front of the couch, and there were hand prints and smear marks all over the glass on the gas fireplace in the living room. We noticed these things within the first few minutes of being at the house and I called Red Sands Vacation Properties number to tell them of the issues. They said they'd call housekeeping at Paradise Village and let me know of an ETA of when they could come clean these things. I never heard back from them and never saw anyone from housekeeping. We cleaned it all up before the rest of our family arrived for the weekend. I just think they could be kept a little cleaner. Also appears new carpet could be in order. Lots of stains. The pool was great for the kids and like I said overall we enjoyed our stay there. Thank you

Nice place and location

Nice place and location. The staff were very kind and helpful! The ping pong table, grill, deck, and bbq were very nice. The bedding, couches and walls were pretty dirty/stained. All the items in the kitchen were great.

Excellent Vacation

We love Paradise Village and this was the best location that we have stayed in. The back patio overlooks the Lazy River. The home was clean and had everything we need. Excellent place to stay.

3rd stay in this fantastic home

This is our 3rd stay in this fantastic home. Every time we have been here it is so welcoming and clean. We love how much room there is and how well stocked the kitchen is. We cook all our meals here and enjoy our family time. The beds are so comfy and we love all the amenities at the pool. We love sitting on the patio and watching the kids have a great time. We can't wait to stay again next year.

Spacious

It was so nice to be able to have each family unit assigned their own room. We were able to even have our own bathrooms and TV's! The kitchen is fully stocked with anything that you would need to prepare your meals. We loved how you could sit out on your patio and look over the pools. We had someone in our party that couldn't go swimming, but still felt a part of it being able to watch everyone from the patio chair. I loved the ambiance of the home. Very well put together and taken care of. I would definitely come again. Thank you.

Excellent stay!

The condo was very spacious and clean. We had 6 adults and 9 children and there was plenty of room to spread out and relax. Our party was within walking distance of the pool and we could see it through the kitchen window, which was nice coordinating between adults at the pool and adults at the condo. We noticed it was a little noisy in the evenings because we were by the pool, but it did not disturb us or the sleeping children. The maintenance/customer service team was very responsive and helpful when the disposal got clogged. My only complaint is there were no black out curtains in any of the rooms. Perhaps that is a feature the owners would consider adding in the future. I would absolutely recommend unit 115 and hope to book there again soon!

Great Place For Kids!

Our kids loved this place as it was right against the pool! We enjoyed getting away from the snow for a couple of days and wish we could've stayed longer. Definitely want to go again soon! The home was also great and plenty big for the amount of guests we had.

Amazing!

This place was the best! Lots of room, we had our 4 families staying here and the kids loved that they were able to walk to the pool and we could watch them having fun from the patio! Very good location! And the bed was so comfy! Two minutes away from a Harmons which always has amazing food! Overall, we had room for 11 kids, and 8 adults!

No stress vacation

Property manager was great at communicating and made it easy to get ahold of them. Best instances require minimal effort from tenant and this was the case here.

Great Stay

We had a great stay in this home. So much to do even when it rained. We enjoyed watching the Rose Bowl (sorry our Utes didn't win) We had lots of family time and enjoyed all the amenities. We love all the space and that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Can't wait to go back.

Disappointing

I'll share the review I left on Google... Let's talk about Paradise Village Unit #115. The good: 1.) Kids enjoyed the bunk rooms which had their own TV's and xbox and switch gaming stations. 2.) Kids also loved the lazy river and slides included on the property. (Short walk around the street corner to the facility.) 3.) Giant dining room table which was great for all of us to eat at and play games on. 4.) We really enjoyed being in that part of town. Santa Clara is just outside of St. George, growing with lots of new amenities and this unit was close to a brand new Harmons Grocery store. 5.) Lots of trails close for hiking and mountain biking. The bad: 1.) The garage door opener was missing when we arrived. We never found it. 2.) The fireplace remote was also missing. We ended up finding it the next day in-between the couch. We also spent time locating 2-3 other remotes that were missing too. 3.) The amount of pool towels was short based on what was stated as available. 4.) While all the surfaces seemed clean, you didn't have to look hard to find lots of dirty areas. Under couches, beds, corners, closets, etc... 5.) Hot tub chemicals were off, all of our kids complained of itchiness after getting in. A few adults did too. 6.) Once we had booked we were also told that the dryer wasn't working, but it would get fixed while there. No one ended up coming out. We also didn't receive any communication from Red Sands regarding that status. 7.) The oven wasn't working either, they did send out a tech to fix it but he wasn't able to get it working. 8.) The lazy river and water slides were lots of fun for the kids, but man they were so dirty. The adults didn't get in again after the first day. Red Sands did provide a $214 credit for our inconvenience which is a nice gesture and certainly better than nothing. But the reality is that house probably should have been taken off the market. We would have picked a different property knowing all the issues. I do feel like the company was apologetic and wanted to make sure we had a good stay, just bigger issues than they could stay on top of.

So much fun!

What a super fun, relaxing weekend! Our house had everything we needed and then some! It was very comfortable and so fun for the whole family! (It might be nice to leave some instructions for the oven.) We can't wait to stay again!
