Villa in Tuscany with salt water private pool, complimentary wine, stunning view

Thank you so much for your lovely review! We're thrilled to hear you and your family had such a fantastic week enjoying the atmosphere, scenery, and well-equipped kitchen—it really is a special place. We’re guessing there was a little typo and you meant a family of 4 rather than 41 (though that would have been quite the gathering!). In any case, we're so pleased the house suited your needs and helped make your stay memorable. We’d love to welcome you back in the future. As a thank you, we’re happy to offer you a returner’s discount if you book again with us or at any Friends of Tuscany property—just mention your previous stay when you get in touch. Thanks again, and we hope to see you back in Tuscany soon! Best wishes, Molly Friends of Tuscany

Dear Lisa, Thank you for your lovely review. We’re so pleased to hear you enjoyed the peaceful mountain setting, the breathtaking views, and the sound of the river. It’s wonderful to know you made use of the pizza oven and found the house so well equipped. We’re also glad the hosts, Andy & Susan, were able to make your stay even more special. We’d be delighted to welcome you back, and if you book another Friends of Tuscany house, you’ll receive a returners’ discount as a thank-you.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of our house. It's so good to hear from people who really appreciate our house and the beautiful environment of this part of the Garfagnana. You can spend all day doing nothing around the house and pool, but as you know there's also so much to do in the area. We hope to meet you again the next time you come.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We are delighted that you enjoyed the swimming pool, garden, views, and welcome pack. During your stay, the region experienced unusually heavy thunderstorms for the season, which temporarily lowered the pool temperature and affected Wi-Fi performance for the first few days. Thankfully, the cellular signal in the area is very strong. The house has traditional terracotta roof tiles with an attic space between the roof and the bedrooms. During heavy rain, it is normal to hear the sound of rain on any roof. The washing machine is functioning correctly, and we would have been happy to guide you on the correct settings if contacted during your stay. We always encourage guests to reach out immediately so that any issues can be resolved in real time. We are pleased that you found the house well-equipped. Best wishes, Molly Friends of Tuscany Ltd

Dear Heika, Thanks for your review. I'm glad you enjoyed the house and surroundings. The nearest restaurant is 20 minutes walking distance. It is open for lunch and dinner. It is also a butcher shop so we recommend the steak. Hope to see you back sometime. Best wishes, Andy & Susan
