The Space:

From the 5th floor, the sound of waves reaches you before the view does. Step outside to the balcony and the horizon opens wide, an uninterrupted stretch of ocean that frames every sunrise 🌅. Whether you linger over coffee or end the day with a quiet moment, the water is always in sight 🌊.



Sleeping arrangements 🛏️

Inside, the suite offers a king-size bed and a sofa bed, accommodating up to four guests. Soft bed linens, extra pillows, and room-darkening shades are provided to help you rest well. A safe is available for your valuables, and essentials such as towels and toiletries are included for convenience.



Bathroom 🛁

The private ensuite bathroom is designed with marble accents and features a deep soaking tub, hot water, shampoo, and a hair dryer.



Everyday comforts ☀️

The suite includes air conditioning, a television, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace. Laundry needs are covered with a washer and dryer. An iron, hangers, and other basics are available, making longer stays comfortable.

While there is no full kitchen, you will find a refrigerator, microwave, hot water kettle, and coffee maker for light meals and beverages.

Important Resort Fees & Policies:



Primary Guest: Must be 21+ to check in.

Daily Resort Access Fee: $150 (+7% tax) per day for the first 2 adults; $75 (+7% tax) per day for each additional guest (ages 13+). Max occupancy is 4 guests. Fee includes access to the pool, gym, and beach services.

Valet Parking: $60/day overnight | $30/day for visitors.

Housekeeping: Not included daily, but available upon request for an extra charge.

Unauthorized late check-outs after 11:00 AM will incur a penalty fee of $100 for each hour or partial hour beyond the designated check-out time.

Additional Housekeeping: Keep your space fresh with a professional mid-stay cleaning. ✨

Guest Comfort Items: We can provide a Baby Kit, Wooden Crib, Rollaway Bed, or Airbed to accommodate your group's specific needs. 🛌



Important Policies:

Smoke-Free Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A 500 USD recovery fee applies for any violation.

Quiet Hours & Parties: Parties and loud music are not permitted at any time to respect our community.

Reservation Rights: We reserve the right to cancel any stay immediately without a refund if these policies are violated.

- Damage waiver for reservation per company policy is USD $99 listed in platform when possible, and is included in the total price shown.

- In the rare event the original unit requires maintenance, Zen Vacation Rentals may reassign your booking to an equal or higher-category unit at no extra cost—always ensuring the quality of your stay.
