Great space and location. The living area was a little tight which we managed but was hard for evening relaxation as a group. Overall amazing space, library was a lovely bonus. Would recommend!!!!!

This is the second time staying at this property and we will be back! Very clean and so well stocked for what is a small kitchen area. Don't let that deter you, there is everything you need. Location is beyond A.

This condo worked well for "Camp Nana & Papa" for 3 nights with 3 of our grandchildren. 3 BR & 2 baths. I love the deck. We had fun floating the river, swimming in Lake MI & riding our bikes. We could have used 3 better bath towels, an extra dish towel, newer queen beds. We ate 7 dinners in & found the kitchen well stocked. Our last 3 days we had our son's younger family & the condo accommodated the 6 of us well. There's nothing like Sleeping Bear Dunes!

We had a fabulous stay in this condo at The Homestead Resort, made wonderful memories and saw glorious sunsets! The condo was clean, and quite comfortable for our group (5 adults, 1 child), the location was excellent to all things local, and the owner was very communicative. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location in Glen Arbor

We really enjoyed our stay at this very accommodating property. Great amenities and fantastic location to explore Leelanau county! Plenty of room for our group of 6 and the view to Lake Michigan is fantastic.

Location Location

Great property location on Lake Michigan. Unit can handle two couples and two children. I would stay there again with family.

We loved our time at the beach! Lovely home with perfect view of the Crystal River and Lake Michigan! Gorgeous property! Karen, the owner, was fantastic - provided great info and all the helpful info we needed. So relaxing!

Lovely condo

We’ve been visiting the Homestead for over 10 years, and this was definitely one of the nicest condos we stayed in. The location is wonderful, the view spectacular. We had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of six had a wonderful trip to Glen Arbor and a lovely stay at this condo. It is nicely decorated and has all the necessary supplies for your stay. Karen sent a very thorough email describing check-in, things to know about the condo, and things to do and places to eat in the area. This VRBO is in a convenient, beautiful location. We would definitely recommend it and hope to come back!

Glen Arbor Paradise

This place is a cute little spot with both river and lake views. Very nicely renovated. Just know the kitchen is on the small side if you are looking to cook big dinners.

Amazing View!!!!! Great location for a summertime vacation.

The views from the balcony are worth every penny! Just a short walk to the Crystal River and Lake Michigan beachfront, which was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay. Karen was a most excellent host. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Family vacation

We loved our stay at this condo. The condo was clean, in a nice community, and the views can't be beat. The location had easy access to town and surrounding areas. We loved the state park, kayaking the crystal river, and sandwich shops. We hope to come back again one day, our family loved this vacation! The unit was just right for us and our needs.

This is an absolutely beautiful property with an incredible west-facing view!! The sunsets from the balcony, which overlooks the Crystal River and Lake Michigan, were incredible. The Host was very kind and communicative, and the condo was very clean and well equipped for our family to have a wonderful 10-day stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a lovely home from which to enjoy Sleeping Bear Dunes and the Glen Arbor area!

Great view, great stay, would definitely go back

Condo was lovely, nice and clean with an absolutely incredible view. Can see the sand dunes and the manitou islands from the back patio, just a 2 min walk from the beach. Honestly, the place looked even better than the photos in the listing, very modern. Check in was painless, zero complaints about the whole experience.

Slice of heaven

Beautiful condo with a breathtaking view of Lake Michigan and the sleeping bear area shoreline. Very comfortable and worked well with two small children who could not get enough of the Durham sand beach.

Great view

We wanted to visit Traverse City, but stay on Lake Michigan. This condo and Glen Arbor were perfect! The condo was clean and had plenty of room for three adults. Exceptional view and easy walk down to Lake Michigan! We appreciated the very thorough Welcome Packet. Highly recommend!

The view is great. The instuctions sent a few days before made finding the place easy. Only snall thing i reached out for an early check in but never heard back but might have had the wrong email.

Beautiful place on a fall weekend

View from the balcony and living room is stunning. Bedrooms are good sized and comfortable for two active over 70 couples. Fall colors on our bike rides and drives around Leelanau lit up our days even when weather didn’t cooperate. The condo was comfortable and in great shape as promised.

Good Stay

Had a nice stay. Not related to the room itself, the flies are NO JOKE this time of year (June 2024). Bring bug spray. One helpful thing to know when booking if laundry ability is important to you, you will need quarters as this facility has laundry but only as coin-op.
