This 2-bedroom condo is perfect for your escape to Glen Arbor. With a king bed in the master, and a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. The property offers a washer and dryer, hair dryer, iron, barbecue grill, coffee maker, microwave, and free Wi-Fi and cable for your convenience. Our condo is directly on the beach of lake Michigan, in the middle of sleeping bear bay overlooking North and South Manitou islands. The crystal river, and the Mill Cafe, are a short walk from our place. It's conveniently located 1.5 miles from downtown Glen Arbor. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our condo. It is truly a gem!

We had a great time. Location was great with access to the beach. Condo was very clean with everything we could need. Beds were all very comfortable. Would definitely stay again! Easy access to Glen Arbor and surrounding areas.

True Beach Vacation

We hop around The Homestead condo each summer. This is by far our favorite - even before it was updated with new furniture this year. But the best part is the proximity to the beach - just steps away. Bonfires, swimming, sunsets - what more can you ask for. The owner was super accessible and happy to answer questions. Perfect for a family or 4. We can’t wait to return in ‘26.

Location Location Location

Great location to Glen Arbor’s shopping/restaurants. Able to walk there from the condo. There is an IGA in town for last minute items but recommend going to the Meijer about 30 mins away if you are grabbing a lot of groceries.Also a perfect location if you plan to hike Sleeping Bear and just a short drive away from Traverse City for a day visit.The condo has all that you need for a short stay.If you plan to go in early summer, plan for cooler weather. We went mid June and the temps were mid 60s and we were unable to enjoy the beach in front of the condo as much as we would have liked.

Amazing view

We very much enjoyed our short stay. Kitchen was well equipped and common area was cozy with a fantastic view. Appreciated the deck with table and chairs too!

Condo with perfect lake view

Charming condo. Close to town. Close to Sleeping Bear Dunes and hiking trails, if you manage to leave the gorgeous beach that is steps from the sliding door. Fantastic time. Most amazing view of Lake Michigan and the Manitou islands. Quiet surroundings. Felt more relaxed than other areas of Homestead.

This is a beautiful condo and very nicely appointed. It was clean and had everything that we needed. Can't beat the sunsets and easy access to the beach. Will definitely be returning!

Great stay in Glen Harbor

The location is perfect with great lake views from the deck. The condo has everything you need. It's clean and comfy. Be aware that second bedroom has a bunkbed, against a wall. Bottom is full size mattress. Climbing in was tricky but once in, we slept well.

Great locaton and setup

We stay in Glen Arbor every summer on either Lake MI or Glen Lake but this was our first time at the homestead and at this property. It was great, everything you need. BIke racks out front (perfect distance to bike into town along M22), great back porch, simple but nice setup inside, clean. Would definitely stay her again.

Quaint, clean and close to beach.

Pretty much as described. We had two adults and one 9 year old. More than 4 people would be snug. Glad to have two full bathrooms -they were small but very usable. The kitchen is tight, but works. The blue plates need some strategic placement to get them loaded so that they can fit and have the "spinner" actually be able to spin in the dishwasher. Washer and dryer were a bonus. The outside dining table sealed the deal as we had several meals out there. The views of Lake Michigan and the islands are unbeatable. We literally walked out the front door and were on the sandy beach. We utilized the fire pit- getting the permit was easy. You can walk forever on the beach as well. We easily rode our bikes into town.

Incredible stay

We enjoyed the property to celebrate my wife’s birthday with our two kids. The beach access is perfect, awesome views and a nice breeze. Property was clean and perfect for our group of four. Very close to Glen Arbor which has a lot of fun stores, restaurants, mini golf, live music. Kayaking down the Crystal River was gorgeous. Highly recommend!

Summer kick off

Best location ever! We have been visiting for 40 years and enjoyed this rental the most. So clean, very covenient, and close to our favorite haunts. One suggestion would be a more substantial bath towel 😉.

Beautiful location with great view of Lake Michigan, lovely sunsets and beautiful beach. Enjoyed the little town of Glen Arbor and near by Sleeping Bear Dunes. Nice clean property. It would have been nice to have air conditioning but we managed with the fans provided. We would recommend staying there.

All about the location

Very nice condo

The location is peaceful and scenic and the condo is comfortably furnished. We appreciated little extras like full size bars of soap and kitchen supplies like foil and storage bags. Also, this is one of the cleanest Homestead condos we’ve rented!

We are right on lake Michigan with spectacular views. close to so many activities, and restaurants in the area. The crystal river runs right through the property. It's great for biking, hiking, and kayaking.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Our condo is located off a private road, called Overbrook rd. Its south of the Homestead resort's main entrance. We have 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and the kitchen, living room, and deck overlook lake Michigan, and the Manitou islands. On the main floor, there is one bedroom with a twin bed over a full- size bunkbed. there is another twin that pulls out under the full-size bed. This room can sleep up to 4 people. There is one full bath next to the bunk room and kitchen. In the upstairs loft there is a master suite with king bed and a second full bathroom. We have cable and Wi-fi. We also have a Weber grill for our guests to use. Wilderness is one of the only lake front properties with fire pits on the beach for owners and guests to use. We also supply firewood.
