Simply amazing

I cannot say enough amazing things about this complex. The units are always immaculate upon check in, beds are comfortable, bedrooms are quiet and do not have a ton of of street noise (at least the bedrooms without windows), they have everything you need for a comfortable stay! I will always stay at the Refinery when I come to Nola!

We love this unit! We try to stay here every time we are in New Orleans, at least once to several times a year. My only recommendation is, it’s time to change the pullout couch mattress. Our 21 year old, 1101bs daughter slept on it like usual, but this time could feel every spring. This is only an issue if we bring kids with us.Everything else was amazing like usual.

Thank you, Christie, for your continued loyalty and for another wonderful 10/10 review! It means so much to know that The Stella has become a favorite for your visits to New Orleans. We also truly appreciate your thoughtful feedback about the sleeper sofa mattress and will certainly take it into consideration as we look for ways to keep improving the experience for our guests. We’re thrilled that everything else was amazing as usual, and we look forward to welcoming you and your family back on your next trip!
